YOU CHOOSE YOUR FILTER
This intake kit is available with either a premium oiled, cleanable air filter or a dry, disposable unit. The choice is yours as the airflow and protection are the same. If you prefer to never have to buy a new filter again, go for the cleanable. However, if you'd rather not have to mess with cleaning an air filter and would rather just replace it, go for the dry disposable unit.
IMPROVED PERFORMANCE
The one piece air tube is positioned in a clean line with minimum obstructions from the turbo to the air box. This allows for more air flow and increased performance.
CHOOSE YOUR AIRFLOW
This intake offers an optional air box plug that can be interchanged, depending on your airflow requirements.

S&B's injection molded MAF (Mass Air Flow) Sensor Plate ensures a quality seal around the MAF sensor that ensured a true OE O-ring seal and prevents air leaks.

The tube seal, coupler, and box plug are made with a premium silicone rubber that has exceptional tear strength and can handle temps as high as 400F degrees.

Great tool for SAT vocab
I usually don't write reviews but this book has impressed me so much that I have to write one! I would like to thank the author for creating such a helpful book for learning SAT vocab words. Grouping the words together, writing sentences for each word, and exercises to practice them are all awesome ways for remembering vocab.

Life changing
Format: Paperback
This book completely blew my mind as it broadened my horizons on the opportunities to be found in real estate investing from the other side of the transaction...as the lender rather than the borrower. I'd always had some ill-defined goals around real estate investing that I never seemed to get around to. I finally decided to push past my malaise and start educating myself in earnest. Around the same time I started land lording for my father's recent purchase of a 4-plex in Panama Central America. And I quickly realized that while I loved the general idea of real estate as a wealth building strategy, I didn't want to deal with tenants in my long-run real estate investing journey. Then I happened across a post about the forthcoming book from Beth and Alex and I immediately got the sense that I had found my future niche. The book did not disappoint. I was so inspired and saw myself in so much of Beth and Alex's stories about how they came upon private money lending and how/why it fits into their lives. I am an expat living abroad and want to be able to run my real estate business from anywhere in the world without having to deal with tenants, toilets, or termites. Feeling fully inspired and mission-aligned with the idea of private money lending, I delved into the nitty gritty. The book provides just the right amount of detail and actionable information without being overwhelming. I'll stop writing so you can go order the book and start reading IT instead of this review. You won't be disappointed...even if you pursue some other aspect of real estate investing you will understand both sides of the lending transaction more holistically and walk away a better investor.

Phenomenal book from extremely knowledgeable authors.

Real estate investing can often times seem very esoteric, hard to understand and like you are drinking from a fire hose when you are first getting started. That is not the case with this book. It is packed full of practical and instructional knowledge on an otherwise daunting topic. I have known and worked with Alex for a past few years and she has done an excellent job culminating personal and professional experience into this book. You will not find a better one-stop-shop for your Private Lending needs and I am excited to put the lessons and concepts into practice in my business and life.
