Introducing the Varsity Sport. This racing inspired watch is made from high grade stainless steel, has a sapphire crystal, leather rally strap with accented stitching and is powered by a Seiko Epson YN77A Automatic movement. With its beautifully curved bezel, vintage looks and premium grade components, the Varsity Sport is a watch meant to be worn everyday. Just like the high-powered sports cars they're inspired by, the Varsity Sport seeks to match optimal performance, with an irresistible aesthetic and quality workmanship.

The Varsity Sport features a durable case that was forged with stainless steel. The casing has been given a brushed finish with polished edges on the lugs, creating a beautiful contrasting design. With the perfectly rounded bezel, the case was inspired by the instrument clusters found on sports cars. The Varsity Sport has a 41mm diameter and measures 48mm from lug to lug. With a total height of only 11MM, it feels and looks good on the wrist.

The dials on the Varsity Sport have a vintage feel and are racing inspired. The matte dials feature bold, luminous hour markings. The watch hands, which are also luminous, are baton style with pointed ends. Printed on the outside track, you will find printed minute markings. At the 6 o'clock position you will see a small, concave sub-dial that keeps track of the seconds. This multi-colored design was inspired by the instrument gauges found on automobiles. Each small second hand is colored to stand out to focus attention on its beautiful sweeping movement.

The Varsity Sport comes equipped with a racing style rally strap made from top-grain leather. Each watch is paired with a strap that’s color matched with accent colored stitching. These straps feature the convenience of Quick Release watch pins. This will allow for the removal or installation with the simplicity of pressing down a small tab located on the back of the strap - no tools required. The sporty straps are 21mm wide and taper down to 18mm at the buckle. They're also soft, comfortable and easy to put on. The matching brushed buckle has also been engraved with the ‘Kingsbury’ logo.

As an added bonus, each Varsity Sport will also come with a custom made NATO style watch strap. These 21MM wide straps are made out of ballistic nylon, have stainless steel hardware and can be removed with little effort - no tools required. The straps will be color matched to each watch, giving them a customized look.

The caseback on the Varsity Sport is constructed from 316L stainless steel and has a screw-down design allowing for the tightest fit and best protection against water. Each case has been given a brushed finish that matches the watch case. Featured prominently in the center of the caseback, is an engraving of the Kingsbury royal coat of arms.

The Varsity Sport features a multi-colored lume setup on the hands and hour markings. The hour and minute hands, use Japanese Luminova which appears white under normal and glows a bright blue during low light conditions. The luminescent hands make it easy to tell time even in the dark.

The hour markings on the Varsity Sport are also coated in luminous material. For these, we've also used a different color of Japanese Luminova, which glows a green during low light conditions. This dual color setup is not only functional, but gives the watch a unique glowing design.

not bad
Format: Kindle
I loved the plot of this book. The characters just didn’t have a lot of depth. The connections and “love” just weren’t communicated very well in the writing. The author didn’t write the sweet psycho trope very well at all either. Lachlan was just a mess of a character.

A Beta Worth Rooting For
Format: Kindle
In Spare, Violet Fox flips the omegaverse on its head, giving us a Beta heroine determined to make her mark. Joining the Beta Trials to support her sick father, she's thrown into a pack that doesn't want her, especially the possessive Alphas. But here's the twist: their sweet Omega turns out to be her scent match. Cue the angst, forbidden tension, and a slow-burn romance that will make your heart ache in the best way. Violet Fox delivers an emotional, refreshing take on the genre, proving Betas aren't "spares." They're stars.

Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.

Fantastic writing and non-stop action
Format: Kindle
This is a promising, fantastic beginning to what will be a 4-book series. Some readers may be content to read only the first 2 books, but I think you'll find that the story is so good that you'll want to keep reading books 3 and 4. Book 1 is about omega Elvana's introduction to the "Starling" brothers and their search for another missing person, Kelly. It's a bit of a rocky start, with deception and betrayal a key element. Hardly an auspicious beginning. Each member has their own path and purpose in the pack. Their interactions and the resulting narrative are so well-written that I found it difficult to put down. There is a cliffhanger that will have you reaching for book 2 as you finish, so make sure you have it on hand.
