PharmaGABA® is a natural form of GABA produced with the help of Lactobacillus hilgardii Å“ a beneficial lactic acid bacteria used in the making of the traditional Korean vegetable dish known as kimchi. L-citrulline is considered a non-essential amino acid and is synthesized in the liver and intestine. Foods rich in citrulline include watermelon, nuts, legumes and meat.
