Piacevolmente fresco il sorso, buona la persistenza e delicatamente sapida la chiusura.Entro la prima decade di settembre, tramite vendemmia manuale, sono raccolte le uve di sangiovese, che vinificate in purezza danno vita a questo Umbria Rosato IGT Rosato Roccafiore, della cantina Roccafiore. È prodotto eseguendo una macerazione sulle bucce di otto ore, e successivamente riposa in vasche di acciaio per sei mesi. È caratterizzato da una scorrevole beva, facile e gradevole ma di grande qualità.
Perfetto per laperitivo, è ideale da abbinare alla pizza francescana.
