A great vintage Pez dispenser, this Merry Music Maker Penguin Whistle Pez dispenser comes to you in its original packaging. The blue stem starts this wonderful Pez dispenser off as it transitions into the main face/head. The dispenser is decorated in a black and white penguin face adorned with a red hat. The head itself consists of a standard Pez head but what is different is the attached whistle that actually works. The whistle sounds more like a screech than a whistle but it is amazing nonetheless.
