Утримуйте увагою два образи – себе маленької і дорослої.2. Зустріч із внутрішньою дитиною. Уявіть, що зараз ви самі – батько для тієї маленької, яку побачили у своїй уяві. Пориньте до неї. Уявіть вашу зустріч. Обійміть її, візьміть на ручки, спитайте: 'Що б ти хотіла сьогодні почути від мене?'.3. Карта-підказка. Витягніть карту, відчуйте серцем зображення і слово, яке на ній написане. На основі побаченого придумайте фразу для вашої внутрішньої дитини. Тепер перегорніть карту і прочитайте фразу на звороті.4. Діалог із внутрішньою дитиною. Залишаючись дорослою і відчуваючи свою внутрішню дитину, скажіть їй у своїй уяві просто у вічі ті слова, що були запропоновані на карті, та/ або ті, які вам підказує ваша підсвідомість. Буде добре, якщо протягом дня ви попросите людину, якій довіряєте, сказати вам ці слова.Відчуйте внутрішній відгук і реакцію вашої внутрішньої дитини на сказане. Що змінилося у вас в тілі? Як змінився ваш настрій? Спостерігайте за собою і своїм станом протягом дня.

It has a zippered cover on it you can remove & wash. This one seems to have a thin, protective permanent cover thing on it. I assume so you potentially can wash the pillow. May attempt that in a few months.
