  Kyungsoo Kim is a Korean ceramic artist. His moderate and restrained style translates to impeccable shapes and elegant curves. 


White Porcelain(Baekja) Collection 

  All pieces in the White Porcelain collection are crafted with the traditional method of making Joseon Baekja, the white porcelain produced for over five centuries during the Joseon dynasty in the Korean peninsula. Elegant curves and moderate lines used in this collection contribute to the creation of the architectural beauty, which is considered as one of the characteristics of Joseon Baekja. 

  The White Porcelain collection features silver finishes as well as the famous Sanggam method (silver inlaying method), with which the surface of the wares are carved and inlaid with silver. These delicate and intricate finishes complete the magnificent look of the collection. White Porcelain has not only been highly regarded for its rarity and complexity, but its durability and graceful colors. 

  The White Porcelain collection is easy to use and seamlessly combines with other wares and a variety of dishes.  


Care

Surface Appearance: Tiny cracks may appear on the surface of the wares due to the unique composition of the glaze. These are natural characteristics and do not indicate damage.

Cleaning: Dishwasher safe; for best results, use a soft cloth for washing.

Usage:  Safe for microwave use; not suitable for oven use.

Handcrafted Variations: Each piece is handcrafted, resulting in slight variations in shape and color, making every item unique.

Awesome, portable room divider for larger rooms

I chose this room divider to use in my son's room that also serves as my home office! It is 72" x 72" in size, so it truly blocks out the other side of the room for optimal privacy. Once it's assembled, it's mildly sturdy - as long as you can bet both ends with the "feet" in line with the ground. I wish that the framework poles had more of an interlocking system so that the divider was easier to erect. I assembled this on carpet, so I had some issues getting the divider to stop moving. It takes a lot of work to set up, as it is massive, so definitely have someone help you. I would suggest adding weights of some sort to the feet of this divider to keep it from shifting. I ended up leaning mine against a bookcase shelf so it wouldn't lean. All and all, this is a great product if you are looking to make a room multipurpose.

I picked up this Siebwin 3-panel folding room divider mainly for privacy and room separation, and overall it works very well.
