The shell is made from soft 100% cotton sateen fabric which is OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified. Each comforter is filled with a minimum of 85% down with 650 fill power for luxurious loft. Made in Lichtenstein.

Care: Machine wash cold on gentle cycle in front loading machine. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Tumble dry low heat.

Maybe once you get your eczema under control with some other product, you can use this for maintenance, but it's an absolute misery if you have a bad outbreak of eczema. I have no idea why this thing has alcohol in it but it burns like a star when you put it on severely irritated skin. Note: I originally gave this 3 stars, but Eczema Honey reached out to me to offer a refund. I didn't take it, but I appreciated that they *would* do that. Plus, my acute outbreak has subsided and it's perfectly fine to use now, so just be warned it hurts to apply if you have an active eczema flareup!
