Allesame visivo si presenta con una veste rosso brillante. I profumi al naso richiamano note di frutta, chiodi di garofano, pepe fresco, terra. Al palato è di medio corpo, succoso, scorrevole grazie a unottima spalla acida.Il Salento è una terra affascinante e incantevole, luogo ideale per dare vita a un vino che fa parte della storia dellenologia pugliese: il Negroamaro è infatti uno dei prodotti più rappresentativi di tutta la regione, e lo sa bene anche Leone de Castris, che con questo IGT Elo Veni prosegue la valorizzazione delle uve autoctone. Un tannino morbido fa da sfondo a un naso intenso, che incarna le espressioni più varietali del negroamaro. Le uve macerano in acciaio inox per circa 7 giorni, alla temperatura controllata di 18-20 °C; poi, dopo la malolattica, il vino affina in acciaio per circa tre mesi, e in vetro per altri due mesi. La bottiglia ideale per capire la stretta relazione che intercorre fra vitigno e territorio.
Ottimo a tutto pasto, dove accompagna primi piatti e secondi a base di carni bianche; servito fresco è ottimo anche con pesci alla griglia. Assolutamente da provare con i bocconcini di maiale.

Difficult to destroy. Bounce really high.

Bought as a gift for a friend's small dog who dismantles tennis balls. He loves them. I have many years of experience with the product (in a larger size) for my big dog. He always had one either in his mouth or near him. They are pretty much indestructible.

High quality, wish it was just a little smaller

Love these. My dogs would play ball all day if I let them. These are very durable and bouncy. Love that it’s washable. They would chew up the small “tennis” balls to pieces so I love that they can’t destroy these. My only criticism is I wish these were just a little smaller (like the size of the small Kong tennis balls). My dogs can carry it in their tiny mouths but they can’t get their mouth around it enough to chew it to get the squeaker to squeak, which is their favorite thing.
