Description

RYSE | BCAA Focus | 30 Servings5g BCAAs, Cognizin focus, and clean moderate caffeine RYSE BCAA Focus is like a mix of aminos and focus support. It's not a big pre workout, not just a tasty recovery sip, and not a full brain booster. The idea is simple and smart: take a solid 5g 2: 1: 1 BCAA base, add moderate stims and a branded brain ingredient. Use it intra workout, as a light pre, or anytime you need alertness without full pre workout punch. The main part is 5g BCAAs in 2: 1: 1

5g BCAAs, Cognizin® focus, and clean moderate caffeine

RYSE BCAA Focus is like a mix of aminos and focus support. It's not a big pre-workout, not just a tasty recovery sip, and not a full brain booster. The idea is simple and smart: take a solid 5g 2:1:1 BCAA base, add moderate stims and a branded brain ingredient. Use it intra-workout, as a light pre, or anytime you need alertness without full pre-workout punch.

The main part is 5g BCAAs in 2:1:1 ratio – that's 2,500mg leucine, 1,250mg isoleucine, and 1,250mg valine. Leucine kicks off muscle protein synthesis, which is how your body signals to build muscle, especially via mTOR pathways. Isoleucine and valine fill out the branched-chain aminos your body burns during workouts. This dose works great if you train fasted, go long, or just want aminos around sessions. It's not full protein, but 5g is a real standard amount, not just for show.

Energy comes from 80mg natural caffeine anhydrous. Caffeine blocks adenosine receptors – that's what makes you feel less tired and more alert, plus it helps with muscle firing. Studies show caffeine rocks for performance, usually at 200-400mg. So 80mg is light – think easy alertness, not max power. You'll notice cleaner energy, better workout flow, and less chance of jitters from loaded pre-workouts.

Key Highlights

  • 5,000mg BCAAs in a 2:1:1 ratio – this is the go-to setup with leucine leading the way since it directly sparks muscle protein synthesis. You get 2.5g leucine plus 1.25g each of isoleucine and valine, making it real support for your workouts, not just label fluff.
  • 2,500mg L-Leucine in the BCAA mix – leucine is the key player here, flipping the switch on mTOR for muscle building signals. It's perfect around training, fasted lifts, or long sessions where you need aminos ready to go.
  • 1,250mg L-Isoleucine plus 1,250mg L-Valine – these round out the 2:1:1 ratio that's standard in sports supps for balanced amino delivery during workouts. They team up with leucine for a complete training boost.
  • 80mg natural caffeine anhydrous – lighter than your typical pre-workout, but it ramps up alertness, cuts fatigue, and helps you dial into sessions. Smart dose for folks who want real energy without the intense 250mg-plus vibe.
  • Caffeine anhydrous is super backed by research in sports nutrition. Even at this lighter amount, it works the same way: blocks tiredness signals, wakes you up, and gets your nervous system primed – just not as hardcore as full pre doses.
  • Cognizin® citicoline from Kyowa Hakko – this isn't some random citicoline. It's the branded version used in focus supps to help with attention, brain chemicals like acetylcholine, and smoother mental performance.
  • 25mg Cognizin® – top-notch form, but the dose is on the lighter side compared to heavy nootropic stacks. Real talk: you'll feel subtle focus help and better workout attention, not a huge brain boost on its own.
  • 90mg Vitamin C – a decent hit for daily needs, plus it adds antioxidant backup during tough workouts. It's not the star, but it's handy in a supp you use often for active days.

Who Is This For?

  • Morning gym folks training pre-breakfast who want lighter than full pre. 5g BCAAs give amino help, moderate caffeine gets you going without overdoing it early.
  • Evening lifters needing focus but not 300mg caffeine at 6pm. This keeps stims low, Cognizin® sharpens attention over just ramping stims.
  • Hybrid trainers adding lifts after cardio who need one drink for focus and aminos. BCAAs fit long sessions, light stims suit technical work better than high ones messing pace.
  • Fasted cardio or weights fans sipping light calories but wanting support. 5g 2:1:1 BCAAs are standard for this, caffeine fights fasted fog.
  • Busy pros or students going work-to-gym needing a fatigue-to-performance bridge. Controlled lift plus focus and rhythm without full pre overload.
  • Casual intermediates past basic hydration but skipping complex stims. Introduces aminos, branded nootropic, moderate caffeine in an easy format.

How to Use

Mix one scoop in cold water, take 15-30 minutes pre or sip from session start. Caffeine hits fast, so the boost lands early in your workout. Stim-sensitive or late trainers? Start half-dose to check. Shaker beats stirring for mix, more water helps if sipping long. Fine empty stomach for fasted folks, or with light food to smooth caffeine. Don't stack blindly with high-stim pres – track total caffeine. Good with creatine, electrolytes, or post protein. No cycling needed for BCAAs or vitamin C, but break from stims now and then keeps it fresh. Store sealed, cool, dry for best powder and taste.

What to Expect

First 0-10 minutes, it's like a chill training drink: easy to down, hydrating, not stim-heavy. By 10-25 minutes, caffeine brings clean alertness, less brain fog, ready to train. 20-45 minutes in, that's the sweet spot: workout feels dialed, focus sharp, BCAAs support sipping. 45-90 minutes, it's steadier than hard pres since caffeine's low – supports without taking over. Days 1-7, it's about solid routines and reliable pre/intra vibes. Weeks 2-4, no big buildup here; the win is consistent training quality from a moderate amino-focus sip.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much BCAA does RYSE BCAA Focus provide per serving?

Cross-verified retail reporting consistently lists 5g total BCAAs per serving in a 2:1:1 ratio: 2,500mg leucine, 1,250mg isoleucine, and 1,250mg valine. That is a standard, legitimate dose for a workout amino product rather than a pixie-dusted inclusion.

How much caffeine is in RYSE BCAA Focus?

Secondary source verification consistently reports 80mg natural caffeine anhydrous per serving. That places it well below typical full pre-workouts, making it a better fit for users who want cleaner focus and light energy instead of aggressive stimulation.

Is the Cognizin® dose in this formula clinically strong?

The ingredient quality is strong because Cognizin® is the branded citicoline form from Kyowa Hakko, but the reported 25mg dose is modest. Expect subtle focus support rather than the more pronounced cognitive effects associated with higher standalone citicoline dosing.

Is this a pre-workout or an intra-workout?

It can work as either, which is part of its appeal. Because it combines 5g BCAAs with moderate caffeine and Cognizin®, many users will take it 15-30 minutes before training, while others will sip it during the session for a smoother intra-workout experience.

Can I stack RYSE BCAA Focus with a full pre-workout?

You can, but you need to account for total caffeine first. Since this product already contains 80mg caffeine, it stacks more cleanly with non-stim products like creatine, pump formulas, electrolytes, or a full protein feeding than with another stimulant-heavy product.

Is RYSE BCAA Focus enough for muscle recovery on its own?

Not completely. The 5g BCAA blend is useful around training, especially for fasted or longer sessions, but it does not replace a complete protein source or a full meal because it does not provide the entire essential amino acid spectrum.

Will this feel like a strong pre-workout?

No, and that is intentional. With 80mg caffeine, this product is designed to provide a smoother mental lift and better training engagement, not the intense rush associated with 250-400mg pre-workout formulas.

Is this a good option for evening workouts?

For many people, yes. The caffeine dose is much lower than a typical pre-workout, so it is often easier to fit into later training sessions, though caffeine-sensitive users should still test tolerance and watch timing before bed.

Does RYSE BCAA Focus use a proprietary blend?

Based on cross-verified product reporting, no. The key actives are presented as disclosed ingredients rather than hidden inside a proprietary matrix, which is a meaningful advantage for buyers who want to judge the formula honestly.

Who gets the most out of this formula?

The best fit is someone who wants a lighter, more versatile workout drink: fasted trainees, evening gym-goers, and anyone who wants amino support plus focus without committing to a high-stim pre-workout. It is especially useful when plain BCAAs feel too weak and full pre-workouts feel like overkill.

These worked for me!
Color: Original Grey
They worked great. I bought these for cracked sore heels. It took 2-3 weeks but my heels no longer hurt and the cracks have closed and look more like an indention than a crack now. They feel so much better, but I'll probably wear them another week just to be sure they stay healed. They look and feel like regular socks from the outside but only cover the heel with the toe open. Not think but not thick, again like regular socks. They would probably be slippery on a smooth surface the same as socks. The inside feels like rubber or something smooth at the heel. I have washed them once each pair and accidentally dried one pair in the dryer. They still seem to feel the same so I think they're fine. They're pretty inexpensive and had different colors and sizes.

Truly Helped My Cracked Heels
Color: Original Grey
I didn't include a photo cause they look exactly like their advertisement photo. I so liked the silicon-type heel lining as it kept the heel-repair cream on my heel and did not get soaked up by the sock. But, it is so, so slippery when walking around in them! Take care to be mindful when you set each foot down as the lotion can slide your heel across the sock quite a bit. If these socks were for an elderly person, I would have them only sit while using the sock - no walking around for fear of falling. I have larger ankles and found that having both the top and the bottom hems/elastic, etc. the same size to be quite troublesome and was not a nice feeling or fit on my upper hem that hit my ankle. Don't get me wrong, I am so glad that I got them and I continue to use them and they are helping my horribly-cracked heels greatly, but I find that I have to keep moving the top hem up and down so that it doesn't stay in one position as it cuts in to my ankle. My feedback and advice might be to please make the upper hem somewhat larger than the one that is on the bottom and goes over my actual foot. They really should not be the same circumference...or else make different sizes - S, M, L, etc. That's really my only complaint or "con" to ordering these. I think they are a great concept and I like the fact that I can throw them in the washer and dryer.

Actually works, and really well
Color: Original Grey
I bought these because I got them on a great deal and was quite skeptical, but they actually worked exactly as advertised and I saw a huge difference after the first night! I understand why they don’t cover the whole foot like a regular sock (it would be stifling), but it would be incredible if they made a pair that go forward enough to cover the ball of the foot. One pair lasted about 3 weeks before the moisturizer wore out (I did notice a dropoff after washing, so for best results put them on when you’re clean and just for overnight, so you can avoid washing). Apologies for no photos- no one wants to see the before photos. These work so well I’ve just come back to order more even though I’m now paying full price. Definitely, definitely recommend.

A game changer for deep heel cracks and psoriasis!
Color: Original Grey, Color: Original Grey
If you have deep cracks or psoriasis on your heels, get these they are a total game changer! They hold in Vaseline and topical meds perfectly while I sleep, providing much needed relief without getting all over my sheets. My heels are healing faster and my callouses are softer and don’t split open because the moisture is trapped against the skin all night with the built in gel cushion lining instead of rubbing off. So much hydration. The fact that it is a 2 pack is perfect because while one pair is being washed and drying, you still have a set to wear. Very soft, stretchy, breathable, and easy to sleep in. I highly recommend them!
