If you do not want to accept the price, you can return your product by yourself: However, you have full responsibility and coverage for the return/exchange costs.
1. Purchase the return. (feel free to order your replacement product in the meantime)
2. Email the following to [email protected]:
- Your order number and the items you'd like to return
We will email a return label to you. Your shipping will be traceable, and insured, and it will also NOT be taxed with toll back to Sweden.
3. Leave a note inside your package with the same information.
- If you are returning a product which includes pads please return the pads along with the product.
4. It takes a few days for the warehouse to process the return. When the return is processed they will notify us and then we will process your refund back to your payment method.
