The 218238 comes with a yellow gold case that is 41mm in diameter crafted from yellow gold with a screw-down case back and a winding crown. The case is magnificently framed with a yellow gold fluted bezel. Beneath the scratch-resistant sapphire crystal is an ivory-colored dial with Arabic numeral hour markers and a date window at 3-o-clock. The 218238 is powered by the self-winding movement 3156 calibers with day/date functionality and has a power reserve of up to 48 hours. The case is paired with a three-piece Presidential link bracelet secured with a concealed fold-over crown clasp that blends seamlessly into the bracelet. It has a water resistance of 100 meters (330 feet).

Smells like fresh coffee very nice, it makes your hair baby soft and smelling good. I'm so glad I purchased this I use it once a week.
