Ingredients: Each individual stick contains 700 mg of sodium (unrefined sea salt), 150 mg of magnesium (magnesium citrate), and 100 mg of potassium (potassium citrate). TDW electrolytes come in Strawberry Lemonade, Mango Orange, Guava Grapefruit and Lemon Lime.
