ProMaster Rear Door Ladder & Tire Carrier

Relocate your spare tire to the rear door and gain safe, convenient roof access with the ProMaster Rear Door Ladder & Tire Carrier. This integrated 2-in-1 system combines two essential upgrades into one lightweight solution—saving weight, cost, and installation time.

Designed specifically for Ram ProMaster vans, this rear-mounted system eliminates the need to crawl under the vehicle or climb onto the roof to access your spare. The adjustable tire mount accommodates any tire size compatible with the ProMaster platform and includes zinc yellow wheel studs and locking lug nuts for added security. A door limit strap is included to help prevent contact with the side of the van, while the included license plate relocation kit with LED light ensures continued visibility and compliance.

Built for long-term durability, the system features a robust 1.75" aluminum round tubing frame, stainless steel hinge mounting brackets, and a dual-shock silicone damper that absorbs impact in both directions to protect the rear door during repeated use. Machined aluminum foot pegs and dimpled ladder rungs provide confident traction, even in wet conditions.

Whether your van did not come equipped with a spare, you want easier access to your existing spare, or you need reliable roof access for gear and maintenance, the ProMaster Rear Door Ladder & Tire Carrier delivers maximum functionality with minimal added weight.

OK short read
Format: Kindle
Reasonable short read. Have to doubt the facts since the author writes FDR was alive in the 1950's and he leaves out the Haitian genocide in his narrative.

Good general snapshot
Format: Paperback
This book does not serve as an academic textbook, which may not meet your specific needs. For more detailed information or clarification, it would be beneficial to access online resources or consider purchasing a college textbook. It met my needs.

A fascinating read
Format: Kindle
I found Modern Africa to be a fascinating read, because, having grown up in the 80’s, places such as Libya and Ethiopia were always in the news, but I didn’t understand their backstories. Modern Africa does a great job of laying out these stories, but in a way that doesn’t overwhelm the reader. I look forward to reading more from the author! They do a great job of making history relevant and make me want to learn more!

Quick Read - Highlights Version
Format: Kindle
The author does a decent job of overviewing what took place during this time period. You will learn how many different events connect and see what caused various developments in Africa to take place. However, it was not as in depth as I would have liked and certainly could not cover everything that transpired during this time. Probably a decent survey book for high school students, but as an adult, I would have liked to see more elaboration and depth for each segment. 124 pages is a relatively short amount of space to cover so many topics. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
