Luke Lambert 'Crudo' Chardonnay 201920 year old vines from the north east facing, granitic, (highly regarded) Denton Vineyard. 2019 was a warm dry year but fruit was all in great condition at harvest and Luke is really pleased with how it held its acidity and freshness. 100% whole bunch pressed. Cloudy juice fermented in tank and 2000 litre foudre. Wild ferment, wild malo, no temperature control, no fining , no filtration, matured in older French Oak foudre, minimal sulphur add at
