Mushroom boost for focus, smooth energy, and daily stress help

Gorilla Mind Shroom mixes mushrooms with light stims and stress support for better focus and energy. It's in capsules for easy daily use, helping you feel more alert, even under pressure, and less wiped out midday.

The star is 1,500mg Lion’s Mane. That's a solid dose. Lion’s mane helps with brain function, thanks to compounds that support nerve growth and brain health. At 1.5g, it's a good everyday amount, not as high as some pure lion’s mane products that go over 3g. You'll notice smoother thinking, easier words, and less brain fog over time.

Cordyceps is at 1,000mg, using both militaris and sinensis types. It boosts energy, oxygen use, and that ready-to-go feeling. It feels more like smooth vitality than a caffeine buzz. 1g is a decent dose for daily support in a blend like this.

Ashwagandha extract at 500mg sets this apart from basic mushroom supps. That's a real dose for handling stress. It keeps you calmer when things get tough, because good focus isn't just about energy—it's about cutting out distractions. Reishi at 500mg and Maitake at 250mg finish the mushroom lineup with beta-glucans that support immunity and broa

GM Shroom by Gorilla Mind contains 3200mg Lion's Mane Mushroom (Hericium erinaceus) (Fruiting Body), a clinical dose for training performance and pump.

Key Highlights

  • 1,500mg Lion’s Mane Mushroom — this is the main brain player here, at a real dose instead of lost in a vague blend. Lion’s mane helps with thinking and brain signals, and it's why most folks grab this.
  • 1,000mg Cordyceps Mushroom — a good amount for everyday energy and performance. Cordyceps supports that get-up-and-go feeling, better oxygen use, and it adds a nice kick beyond basic mushroom stuff.
  • 500mg Ashwagandha Extract — this dose really shapes how it feels. It helps manage stress so your focus stays steady, not shaky when things heat up.
  • 200mg L-Theanine — a solid, backed-by-studies amount, not just thrown in. It cuts stress and pairs with caffeine to make alertness feel cleaner, with less distraction.
  • Yerba Mate Extract listed as caffeine — keeps the stim side gentle, not like a hardcore nootropic. Yerba mate gives the push, and theanine stops it from turning jittery.
  • Dual B6 setup with 10mg Vitamin B6 plus 16mg P-5-P — smarter than a basic B-vit mix. P-5-P is the active form that helps with brain chemicals and energy, fitting for focus.
  • 1,000mcg Methylcobalamin B12 — a strong dose for nerves and energy. This active form is better than cheap versions in nootropics.
  • 500mg Reishi Mushroom — pulls this toward overall toughness, not just focus. It works with the energizers for better recovery, immunity, and a steady vibe.

GM Shroom by Gorilla Mind contains 3200mg Lion's Mane Mushroom (Hericium erinaceus) (Fruiting Body), a clinical dose for training performance and pump.

Who Is This For?

  • Desk warriors with heavy brain days who want better flow than coffee. 200mg L-theanine plus yerba mate caffeine helps calm focus, lion’s mane and cordyceps keep daily rhythm solid.
  • Students cramming who need focus without overload. Caffeine-theanine aids short-term attention, lion’s mane anchors for steady use over stim bombs.
  • Gym rats training post-work without sleep-wrecking stims. Cordyceps, yerba mate caffeine, and theanine give controlled energy, ashwagandha balances work-gym stress.
  • Stressed pros feeling tired yet wired. 500mg ashwagandha and 200mg theanine fit better than pure stims for calm performance.
  • Wellness fans wanting real mushroom doses, not vague complexes. 1,500mg lion’s mane, 1,000mg cordyceps, 500mg reishi mean clear focus over scatter.
  • Folks ditching multiple coffees or energy drinks. This gives controlled focus with caffeine-theanine and adaptogens, smoothing out the ups and downs.

How to Use

Take 3 capsules with water, 30-45 minutes before work, study, or gym. If new to caffeine or theanine, start with 1-2 to check how it feels, then go full. Capsules mean no mixing—just down with 8-12 oz water. Empty stomach speeds it up, but light food is fine if stims bug you. Don't stack wildly with coffee or energy drinks till you know the yerba mate vibe. No need for strict cycles, but daily is best for lion’s mane, ashwagandha, reishi, maitake, and cordyceps. Add creatine and protein for brain-gym combo. Keep in cool, dry spot with lid tight for freshness.

What to Expect

First 15-30 minutes, you get a gentle alert lift, not a slam. By 30-60 minutes, caffeine-theanine shines: thoughts line up, less friction, energy calmer than coffee. 60-120 minutes in, it's peak for work, study, or light training. Over hours, it stays steady thanks to theanine and adaptogens. Week one, smooth focus stands out. Weeks 2-4, it shifts to baseline boosts from lion’s mane, ashwagandha, and mushrooms.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does Gorilla Mind Shroom actually feel like?

Most users notice smoother alertness and cleaner focus first, driven by the yerba mate caffeine plus 200mg L-theanine. It does not feel like a high-stim pre-workout; the formula is designed to provide controlled mental energy, with lion’s mane, cordyceps, and ashwagandha contributing more to the daily baseline over time.

How much caffeine is in Gorilla Mind Shroom?

The label lists 200mg yerba mate extract as caffeine, but the exact total caffeine yield is not fully clarified in the provided panel. Practically, it should be treated as a low-stim to moderate-feeling product depending on your personal sensitivity and any other caffeine you consume that day.

Is 1,500mg of lion’s mane a meaningful dose?

Yes. 1,500mg is a substantial everyday dose for a blended nootropic-mushroom formula and is clearly more credible than the tiny amounts found in many generic mushroom stacks. It is not the most aggressive lion’s mane dose on the market, but it is enough to make lion’s mane a legitimate centerpiece rather than a label decoration.

Why include L-theanine with yerba mate?

That pairing is one of the strongest design decisions in the formula. Research shows caffeine and theanine together improve attention and reduce susceptibility to distraction better than either alone, and 200mg theanine is a well-supported dose for smoothing the stimulant experience.

Can I take Gorilla Mind Shroom every day?

Yes, and daily use is the best way to get the full benefit from ingredients like lion’s mane, cordyceps, ashwagandha, reishi, and maitake. The acute focus effect shows up quickly, but the broader value of the formula improves with consistency over several weeks.

Is this a pre-workout?

Not in the traditional sense. It can work before lower-stim training sessions because cordyceps and caffeine support readiness and focus, but it is better classified as a daily nootropic-adaptogen formula than a pump, strength, or high-stim training product.

Can I stack this with coffee or an energy drink?

You can, but you should do it cautiously. Because the formula already includes stimulant input from yerba mate, adding more caffeine can push the experience from smooth and productive into jittery or sleep-disruptive, especially if you are sensitive.

Why are there both Vitamin B6 and Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate in this formula?

Pyridoxal-5-phosphate, or P-5-P, is the active coenzyme form of vitamin B6 used in neurotransmitter and amino acid metabolism. Including both standard B6 and P-5-P gives the formula a stronger nervous system and energy-metabolism foundation than a basic nootropic that only sprinkles in low-dose synthetic B-vitamins.

Is this product fully transparent?

The provided label data lists individual active ingredients with doses, which is a major positive in a category crowded with vague mushroom complexes. There is some metadata conflict around proprietary blend status, but based on the verified formula provided here, the key actives do appear individually disclosed.

Who is this best for?

It is best for users who want a daily capsule for focus, smooth energy, and stress resilience rather than a pure stimulant hit. Professionals, students, and gym-goers who want better cognitive performance without the roughness of high-caffeine formulas are the clearest fit.

Great listen!
Format: Audiobook
I really enjoyed this audio book. Lead male character was a little too abusive for my liking, and that made me not root for the love match. But the story was interesting, and the voice actors did an amazing job.

Right from the start, I was drawn in by the prologue!!!
Format: Paperback, Format: Paperback
Queen of Roses (Blood of a Fae #1) by Briar Boleyn Genre General Fiction ( Adult), Romance, Sci-Fi & Fantasy, Dark Romance “More primordial than the stars. My name was on his lips as he promised unspeakable darkness to any who came between us.” Right from the start, I was drawn in by the prologue!!! I’m a big fan of “touch her, and you die” vibes, but I mean, what’s also not to love about a unique Arthurian retelling with gender twists, a treacherous royal court, a dangerous quest, magical Fae & mystical monsters, entwined with a bit of spice! Morgan, Princess of Pendrath and true heir to the throne has spent most of her life dimming her light to feel safe and to make others comfortable. She is treated as an outcast in the court and repressed by her family due to the blood of the Fae within her and forced to join the Temple of the Three as a priestess in training to one day replace Merlin. Her brother, King Arthur, who reminds me of Joffrey from Game of Thrones, later tells her that he has other plans and offers her a choice of the Temple or to marry her off for political gain, unless… that is, she can journey through the great unknown and return with a long-lost fae weapon with enchanted powers known as Excalibur. Her quest begins with a roguish crew that includes the mysterious, arrogant, and heart-tuggingly handsome Captain of the Royal Guard, Kairos Draven, whom she can’t decide if she wants to stab or indulge in pleasure with. Along the way are plenty of surprises, mystical creatures, and betrayal, all while Morgan uncovers more of the truth about herself and who she can trust. This book had intriguing storylines and lovable characters that kept me turning pages and wanting more. I can’t wait to see how it all unfolds and comes together in book 2, Court of Claws, which I just started reading!! Read if you’re into- Dark Fantasy/Romance Slow–Burn Question Everything Magic and Action Fae Arthurian Legend Stabby/Broken FFC Morally Gray MMC Forced Proximity Queen of Roses is perfect for Holly Black, Jennifer L. Armentrout, and Sarah J. Maas fans. Please check the trigger warnings page in the table of contents before reading this book.

3.5 stars, A little boring to say the least.
Format: Kindle
Wow so I'm not sure where to begin on this one. This was a very different take on the legend of Arthur and Excalibur. This is told from the point of view of Morgan the sister of Arthur. Honestly the first 50% of this book is world building and character building which unfortunately was super boring for me. Morgan to me was a female MC that had a hard time in believing in herself. Sometimes taking too long to understand exactly what was going on around her. Draven was also a different male MC, like I couldn't put my finger on him and what he was all about. It was not until the last 10% of the book did we get some answers on the mystery that is Draven. The other 50% of the book centered around this big journey with everyone having a different motive. We see a spark of magic around this time that had me excited but then we never expanded upon that and what it could mean for the female MC. I feel like I want to read the second book just to see where this goes, but the spice was probably a 2 out of 5. Side characters are ok, Lancelet was fun but I almost felt like I wanted more.

A bewitching retelling of Arthurian legend!
Format: Kindle
In a land where the Fae have nearly become only a legend and those who still posses even a morsel of the blood are few and far between, Morgan finds herself cast aside by most of society due to her rumored half-Fae lineage, including her brother, King Arthur. With the kingdom at the brink of war, Arthur entrusts her with a quest to retrieve a Fae weapon of legendary power: the sword of Perun, Excalibur. Accompanied by men she loathes, Captain Kairos Draven and Ragnar Whitehorn, she embarks on her long and unbeknownst perilous journey, only to find that things she once believed to be myth are in fact very real. With devastating twists, omitted truths, witty banter and fierce action, Queen of Roses leaves you begging to know more about the secrets of Aercanum! Wow, wow, wow! Going into this story, I did not realize that it was going to be a retelling of Arthurian legend, especially not one with a fantastical twist! The unique spin almost gave me The Witcher vibes and I think adding Fae into the mix was quite interesting. I knew the basics of the legend but after reading this book, it has piqued my interest and makes me want to learn more about it. My attention was snatched as soon as I finished the prologue and I knew that I was going to devour this story. I truly enjoyed the gender swaps and even how Arthur was portrayed as villainous. Morgan’s past and even her parts of her present is absolutely heartbreaking, and I felt for her at times. I can only recall one other book that made me hate characters the way I despised Florian and Arthur, leaving me with my blood boiling and feeling disgusted. Even after finishing the book, Draven is still a mystery to me and I cannot figure out how to feel about him. I guess they just means that the author did an excellent job at conveying each character’s persona! The rich world building and imagery made it easy for me to visualize the places that the group visited along their journey. I am truly engulfed in this story and I cannot wait to see wait fate awaits Morgan and how the Fae will be even more incorporated in the next book!. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
