- Wooden Board & Holder: HAND WASH recommended.
• Recommended washing with warm water and detergents. Wipe dry.
• Renew your natural products with olive oil every 10 – 20 uses.
• It is not recommended using in the dishwasher or soak for a long period of time.

✔ TIPS:
- It is easiest to clean wooden cutting board if you do it immediately after use, before food has time to dry on them.
- Gently rub, using a circular motion, over the surface of the wood with a slice of lemon or a teaspoon of baking soda and let air dry to remove strong flavours, ideally every 3 months.
- For better preservation, rub wooden board with food-grade mineral oil. Hang the board up to dry after oiling and do not use the board until they have fully dried.
- Apply food safe oil or oil/wax occasionally to make the board last a long and beautiful life

Note: Due to the nature of wood, the colouring, markings, knots, and rustic characteristics will vary and may result in lighter and darker areas in the engraving and wood items. Each item will be unique. You can treat your wood item with mineral oil to keep it looking great forever!

2. Type in your preferred engraving style# and exact order you want it engraved based on our provided Design Template Options. You can add additional instructions in ( ) brackets.

We send out your order when all items are ready. The delivery time varies based on your chosen shipping options and location. After shipping, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. If there are no scans in the first 24 hours, don't worry—sometimes the system takes a day or so to catch up.

Our carriers estimate delivery times:

These factors include the load volumes of our shipping partners, deliveries to regional areas, and potential customs delays. While we make every effort to expedite the process, however we cannot accept responsibility for delays resulting from such circumstances.

* Express shipping specifically affects the speed of your order's delivery after we've processed it, relying on the efficiency of the postal service.
