This cover offers maximum durability thanks to its thick, cast, high strength nodular iron construction. The cover has high and low fluid check ports specially designed for pinion angle changes that come with lifting your Jeep. Each port comes equipped with a magnetic plug that removes ferrous metals from the diff fluid to protect your gears.
The PPE heavy-duty diff cover is designed as a bolt-on upgrade for your vehicle’s stock, stamped steel cover. This cover offers maximum durability thanks to its thick, cast, high-strength nodular iron construction. The cover has high and low fluid check ports specially designed for pinion angle changes that come with lifting your Jeep. Additionally, the internal shape of the cover is retained to ensure optimal lubrication.REAR DIFFERENTIAL APPLICATIONS:
- Dana M200 (Dana 35)
- Typically equipped in the base and lower trim levels of the Wrangler
- Commonly found in Sport and Sahara trim levels.
- Often used in 2-door Wrangler models.
- Dana M220 (Dana 44)
- Generally found in higher trim level Wranglers and most Gladiators.
- Often used in the Rubicon trim level.
- Also used in some 4-door Wrangler models.
