REJUNA™ Arjuna, Garlic, CoQ10, and Nattokinase—Straight-Up Support with Clear Doses

Revive MD Blood Pressure is a straight-up cardiovascular support supplement with all doses listed out. It aims to help keep blood pressure in a healthy range, boost blood vessel function, and back up your heart's overall workings instead of just targeting one thing. Rather than betting on one hot ingredient, it layers in botanicals like REJUNA™ Terminalia arjuna for heart support, garlic and nattokinase for vessels and flow, CoQ10 for cell energy, and some extras for electrolytes, stress, and herbal balance.

The star here is REJUNA™ Terminalia arjuna at 500mg, which matches the 500-750mg doses you see in studies. Arjuna comes from Ayurvedic traditions—that's ancient Indian medicine—and has solid modern backing: its flavonoids, polyphenols, tannins, and triterpenoids shield heart tissue from damage and help with pumping efficiency. Basically, it's what makes this a real heart helper, not just a flow booster.

Garlic extract 10:1 at 400mg is a smart pick too. Garlic is a go-to for vein health, with studies showing it helps blood vessels work better, improves circulation, and maintains healthy blood pressure. The 10:1 means it's way more potent than regular garlic powder, so 400mg packs a punch in daily capsules.

Coenzyme Q10 at 100mg as ubiquinone rounds it out strong. CoQ10 is key for making energy in your cells, especially in high-demand spots like the heart. It also acts as an antioxidant in cell walls, which is big for heart tissue under constant stress. 100mg is a solid daily dose and one of the best-backed adds for heart health.

Key Highlights

  • 500mg REJUNA™ Terminalia arjuna — a dose that lines up with research on this top Ayurvedic herb for heart health. It helps with heart muscle strength, pumping power, and fighting off damage, making this formula feel like real heart support instead of vague circulation hype.
  • 400mg Garlic Extract 10:1 — concentrated garlic that's legit for blood vessel function and keeping blood pressure in check. Garlic is a classic in heart supps, and this 10:1 version is way better than basic powder just thrown in for show.
  • 100mg Coenzyme Q10 — a real daily dose to help your heart cells produce energy better. CoQ10 matters a lot for the heart since it's always working hard and needs top-notch fuel efficiency.
  • 1,000 FU Nattokinase — an enzyme that supports blood flow by breaking down fibrin and tweaking clotting factors. It's under the 2,000 FU you often see in studies, so call it a decent support level, not a maxed-out nattokinase supp.
  • Fully disclosed label — every ingredient and dose is right there. In a world of shady 'heart blends,' this lets you check it against real research instead of guessing what's in a mystery mix.
  • REJUNA™ is a trademarked ingredient from Verdure Sciences. That means better quality control and sourcing than cheap generic herbs, showing they put thought into the formula.
  • Suntheanine® L-theanine brings in a branded calm factor. At 25mg it's lower than the 100-400mg for full stress relief, but it fits the heart-plus-stress vibe of the supp.
  • Potassium comes as potassium citrate, a solid form linked to blood pressure health. 50mg is modest compared to the big doses in studies, but it's a nice touch.

Who Is This For?

  • Gym folks in their 30s+ who train hard but now track blood pressure like it's part of their gains. This gives them a simple daily stack with REJUNA™ Terminalia arjuna, garlic, CoQ10, and nattokinase instead of juggling a bunch of bottles.
  • Stressed-out workers with rough sleep and lots of caffeine who want to back up their veins and heart ahead of time. Garlic, CoQ10, and a touch of Suntheanine® suit someone balancing flow and daily grind pressure.
  • Bigger athletes in bulk mode or off-season who know extra weight, big eats, and intense sessions can stress the heart. This is made for them: support for healthy blood pressure while keeping up the training.
  • People with a full health setup like fish oil, mag, and cardio but wanting a focused blood pressure supp. It adds unique stuff like REJUNA™ arjuna and nattokinase without hiding in a blend.
  • Folks who like easy capsules over mixes and don't need stim feels. This is a no-fuss daily for building heart support over time, not quick energy or pumps.
  • Label readers who want the real deal on what's inside. Everything's listed clear, which is huge in a sea of vague 'heart' formulas with no dose info.

How to Use

Go with 3 capsules daily for the full serving. Easiest is with breakfast or a big meal, since garlic and mag oxide can be tough on an empty stomach. No need to time it with workouts—it's not for quick boosts. If you're new to this stuff or have a touchy gut, start with 1-2 caps for a few days, then ramp up. Garlic and nattokinase affect blood flow, so don't stack heavy with other thinners without checking with your doc. It goes great with omega-3s, a good mag supp, and habits like drinking water and cardio. No cycling required; just keep it consistent. Store cool and dry with the lid tight to keep capsules fresh.

What to Expect

First 0-30 minutes: probably zip, especially with food. No buzz, no rush, no pump—it's not that kind of supp. Days 1-7: focus on getting into the habit and seeing if your stomach handles it, especially with garlic or mag oxide. Weeks 2-4: that's when it shines, since CoQ10, arjuna, and garlic build up over time, not hit you quick. It's about rounding out your heart routine, not a feel-it-now thing. If you want instant vibes, look elsewhere. If you're in for steady daily support, this timeline fits perfect.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the main active ingredients in Revive MD Blood Pressure?

The formula is built around 500mg REJUNA™ Terminalia arjuna, 400mg garlic extract 10:1, 100mg CoQ10, and nattokinase standardized to 1,000 FU. Those are the most meaningful drivers of the formula’s cardiovascular and circulation-support profile, with smaller additions like potassium, magnesium, Suntheanine®, and supporting herbs rounding out the blend.

Is Revive MD Blood Pressure fully disclosed or does it use a proprietary blend?

It is fully disclosed. Every active ingredient and every dose is listed on the label, which is a real advantage in a category where many products hide behind vague cardiovascular complexes.

How should I take Revive MD Blood Pressure?

Take 3 capsules daily, ideally with food. This formula is designed for cumulative support, so consistency matters more than exact timing, and taking it with a meal can improve tolerance for ingredients like garlic extract and magnesium oxide.

Will I feel this product working right away?

No—and that is normal for this category. This is not a stimulant or pre-workout product; ingredients like arjuna, garlic, and CoQ10 are meant to support cardiovascular function over time, not create an acute sensation on day one.

Is the nattokinase dose strong enough?

It provides 1,000 FU, which is a meaningful inclusion but below the 2,000 FU level more commonly used in research. That makes it a support-level dose within a broader cardiovascular formula rather than a standalone high-dose nattokinase supplement.

Why is magnesium included if it is only 75mg?

Magnesium is highly relevant to cardiovascular and blood pressure physiology, but here it is included at 75mg and provided as magnesium oxide. That means it contributes to the overall formula theme, but it should not be viewed as a complete magnesium solution if you are specifically trying to optimize magnesium status.

Can I stack this with fish oil or CoQ10?

Yes, many users will pair this with fish oil, and some may choose additional CoQ10 depending on their goals. Just be cautious with stacking multiple circulation-focused products, especially if they also influence clotting or if you use medication affecting blood flow.

Does this product contain stimulants or caffeine?

No. Despite a metadata error flag, the actual verified formula contains no caffeine or stimulant ingredients. This is a stim-free cardiovascular support product.

Is Revive MD Blood Pressure good for long-term use?

Yes, this formula is designed for daily long-term use rather than cycling. Its primary ingredients—REJUNA™ arjuna, garlic extract, and CoQ10—make the most sense when used consistently as part of a broader cardiovascular routine.

Who should be careful with this formula?

Anyone taking anticoagulants, antiplatelet drugs, or preparing for surgery should use caution because garlic and nattokinase can affect clotting-related pathways. People with diagnosed cardiovascular conditions should also consult their physician before use.

Good Sport Watch
Color: Blue/Black
This is a good sport watch. I wear these to work in all sorts of conditions...and they take a beating. I have to get the unisex watches/bands as I have thick wrists for a woman and women's watchbands generally don't fit me. I can't wear the metal watch bands because when I flex my wrist they break. I can't wear the leather bands because when I sweat the band just deteriorates and falls apart. These woven bands are just perfect. I also like that it is velcro. That way you can adjust it perfectly to your wrist. I have worn these watches for nearly 15 years. It has two time functions - so that you can have regular time and maybe the time in another country. It has a split lap stop watch so that you can time each lap as well as your full run. Time, date, alarm, and hour beep if you so desire. It also has a back light which is really handy to tell time in the dark. Only problem with that is at about the year mark, the battery is so low that the light will come on, but the numbers disappear. But, well, it is what it is. Some reviewers have complained that the band is rather small fitting around the wrist. I am a woman and I bought a womans Timex once. The band was EXTREMELY small and barely fit me at all. It would come off a lot of the time because there was barely any velcro to wrap around. This watch is probably more of a unisex watch. Not a woman's per se, but not a big man's watch either. It is about in the middle. I have a 7.5" wrist and that is about as large of a wrist that this watch will fit. The women's watch that I had previously had would only fit a 7" wrist.

Great no frills watch, love it.
Color: Blue/Black
This watch is a really nice and is perfect for me. It tells the time (duh!), the date and has a stopwatch feature I never use. Mostly I like that it is a no frills product, but it does its job. This is great for people that actually want something that tells the time and not some fancy gold bracelet to impress the ladies. Although I spend most of my time in front of a computer, I imagine this piece would be great for someone with an active lifestyle (biking, running, etc.). The watch itself is mostly plastic and watch-proof and the band is a fabric velcro. For a while I had the older model with a rubber strap and I like this new model much better. The strap is comfortable and easy to take on and off. I wish the strap was a little bigger though, it might be too small for someone with really fat arms. It does have an indiglo feature although I had the older model and the indiglo died after like 6 months. Hopefully this one will last. What can I say, its a watch. If you are looking for something simple with a classic design, look no further.

Everything I expected.
Color: Black/Red
Not the watch I would want as an adult but fits my son perfectly. It’s durable, red and makes him happy. It should last him until he is old enough to get a job and make his own style and life choices.

Timex now poor quality
Color: Blue/Black
These watches used to last me years. The past two of these have died in under 6 months. Worthless junk. Will avoid Timex from now on. A single drop of water and the button sends the watch into black screen and reset.

Good basic digital watch for women
Color: Black/Gray Stripe, Color: Black/Gray Stripe
Okay, so it's a great watch for women with small to medium wrists. Here's my pros and cons list: Pros: - Super easy to set. The package insert does NOT include instructions. This is my first Timex Expedition watch, so I had no experience going in. All you do is press Set and you use the Start and Stop buttons to move up and down, respectively, through the settings. Easy enough! - I love the simplicity of the watch. It's simple and easy to read. - It has the day of the week AND the month AND the date. I wanted to make sure any watch I get has these features. - The watch band seems high quality. It is fabric/nylon, so it should hold up for several years (we'll see I guess). - The Indiglo is pretty and works great in the dark! Cons: - I have to tighten the band as tight as possible in order to prevent the watch from wobbling around my wrist. It may be because my wrist is small and the watch itself is a bit heavy in comparison. I AM new to wearing a watch, so maybe it's just something I have to get used to. - The display is perfect, but only when looking at it straight on (when facing you directly). If you were to glance over at your watch while you're typing on your computer, you can't see the time. It's too blurry. So the viewing angles are terrible. You can only see the time if you look directly at it. Again, this might be an issue with all digital watches, but I sort of expected more in today's technological world. This is probably my biggest con and biggest disappointment. - The band holder is also nylon, so I had some trouble getting the extra band into the band holder. Now that I think more about it, I'm not sure what a better alternative would be for a nylon band... maybe if they glued the band holder on to the band, it wouldn't move around so much when trying to insert the band into the holder. Once you're inserted it, it seems to stay in place, though. So that's good. But I can see it loosening up and not working well in the future. I've only had this watch since yesterday, so I haven't been able to test its waterproofness yet. I will update this review if I am unhappy with the waterproofness. Overall, it's exactly what I was looking for: a basic digital watch that shows the day and date, with a band that is small enough to fit my female wrist. However, I would have liked it better if the price was $10-15 less than what I paid for it. UPDATE: I've since moved on to a few other watches since this one. I have concluded that I do NOT like having a cloth/nylon watch band, and I prefer the rubber/plastic bands now. The nylon band takes way too long to dry after a shower, whereas the plastic bands don't need ANY drying time. There are a lot of good plastic banded watches out there, and I've tried a few no-name brands on Amazon and have been happier with them than I was with this Timex. They are also not as heavy and floppy on my wrist.
