È in questo luogo che nasce il Chianti Classico DOCG “La Ghirlanda” dell’annata 2015: prodotto con uve sangiovese in purezza, fermenta in acciaio e matura in botti di rovere per un periodo minimo di 12 mesi. La “ghirlanda” è per l’azienda un luogo speciale, è il bosco a forma tondeggiante che circonda la nostra tenuta, donando unicità ai vigneti. Un vino che sa conquistare l’olfatto e il palato, celebrare un’esperienza sensoriale, glorificare la scelta di un abbinamento, abbracciare il momento indimenticabile del primo assaggio per poi volerlo ripetere ancora.

Great resource for new or seasoned STR owners
Format: Kindle
This book is a must read for new STR business owners but seasoned owners can glean insights as well.
It covers many facets of owning and managing a short term rental that you should be aware of.
Of particular value are the pitfalls to avoid that I see many hosts make. The book also covers many of the management tools and strategies that are necessary to be a successful business owner, and to make it easier in the process. I believe anyone that reads this book will learn something new.

Short term rental starting point
Format: Kindle
Very concise explanation of what you would need to know to determine if you would want to “enter the game” and then help to do the next steps. Many people especially when interest rates were low thought STR would be an easy way to have passive income and long term investment BUT understanding the “game “ is crucial to making good decisions. This book can aide in those situations.

This is a great resource for learning things about your Airbnb listing and how to maximize your success, BUT if you are purchasing this book because you read in the Intro, "Elevate your hosting game with Chatgpt", please know the "free download" link/website shared does NOT exist/no longer works. I do wish I had realized that before purchasing.

Game changer for AirBnB hosting. I've though about this avenue, but there seemed to be so many hurdles, like figuring out the right pricing and making my place stand out. This book was is an excellent guide through it all, with practical tips on everything from interior decor to managing reviews. It will make a real difference in how I will run my Airbnb – less stress, more rave reviews, and hopefully better profits too!

It answered all my questions about becoming a (successful) host. It's really an instruction manual. I'm a novice and found it easy to understand. It explains how to find a property and the business side of being a host but also how to create a great experience for guests.
