The Special Plus cylinder is larger and longer than the standard cylinder of the Active and Manual Erection Systems. Men for whom the standard cylinder (dimensions: 200 mm long, 54 mm inner diameter) is too small and short can use the erection aids with this extension.
The Special Plus extension is not a standalone device, it requires the pump head and retaining rings of the Active3 Erection System or the Manual Erection System (separate device). The standard cylinder is replaced with the Special Plus cylinder during use. The sleeves and cone of the Active 3 Erection System or the Manual Erection System are not used. The retaining ring is used directly on the Special Plus cylinder using the cone.
