Module 1 - Project inception - objective, scope, organization development and launch – and project performance metrics

Pre-requisite: Familiarization with industrial or commercial operations and experience in small project implementation.

Time/Duration: 2 hours.

Brief Program Description and Objectives:

This course caters to Engineers, aspiring Project Managers, current Project Managers, Facilities Managers, and Energy Professionals who are involved in – or anticipate involvement in – project management role in the energy arena. This course introduces attendees to the importance of specificity, and clear definition of project objective and scope. Participants are introduced to the S.M.A.R.T goal formulation criteria for the development of project goals and objectives. Once preliminary

objectives or goals are developed, they must be vetted and refined – this course introduces participants to proven approaches on how to assess and refine goals and objectives. As the next step, attendees are introduced to important elements of project organization, with the project manager as the project leader. With the project team assembled, the attendees will learn about the importance of protocols for effective communications – lateral and vertical – and activities associated with successful implementation of projects. Participants will also be introduced to the distinction between single phase contiguous projects versus long multi-segmented, or multi-phase, projects. Dynamics of project flow will be covered and the participants will be introduced to mainstream project management tools and metrics.

Topics to be covered:

  • Energy Project Objective, Scope, Basic Assumptions and Goal Setting
  • Energy Project Screening/Vetting
  • Project team organization, management approval and protocol for communications and transactions
  • Phased Implementation of Long Multi-Segmented Projects
  • Development of functional specifications of the system or process

Topics to be covered:

  • Project Management - Construction and Project Implementation Phase Best Practices
  • 5-P, 5-S and 5-C Processes

Easy to use with great results!
Color: Pink
I LOVE this like shaver!!! I use the flat face shaver at least once a week now, having PCOS I have A LOT of peach fuzz on my face and I've always had a little mustache I have darker hair so it's more noticeable. Since shaving my face with this little gadget I've noticed my makeup goes on SO MUCH SMOOTHER and doesn't ever look cakey now! My peach fuzz was making my makeup look awful until this! It's SO EASY to use, pain free, gentle on my face skin and bikini area! I've used the bikini head on it too and it worker really well and gave me back smooth skin! The value is unbeatable for the versatility of this gadget and ease of use! It has a charging station that isn't big at all and the whole thing can fit on my purse it's PERFECT for traveling and everyday convenience! I've been using it for a few weeks now and haven't had to charge it yet! The durability seems good it fits nicely in my hand not to large or small and I can take it on the shower or use it dry!

Practical, gentle, and worth the price
Color: Pink
I’m really happy with this product. It’s small, lightweight, and very easy to use, which makes it perfect for quick touch-ups. It works well on the bikini area without causing irritation, which was something I was a bit worried about at first. The blades seem gentle on the skin but still get the job done effectively. The design is comfortable to hold and gives good control while using it. I also like that it’s discreet and easy to store or carry if needed. The battery life is decent for the size, and I haven’t had any issues so far. Overall, for the price, it’s definitely worth it. If you’re looking for something simple, convenient, and effective, I would recommend giving it a try.

Great trimmer, easy to use and no irritation
Color: Pink
I bought this 3-in-1 electric trimmer for personal use, and I’m honestly very impressed. It’s lightweight, easy to handle, and very comfortable to use. What I love the most is that it doesn’t irritate the skin, which is very important, especially for sensitive areas. It comes with multiple attachments, making it very versatile. I’ve used it for the bikini area, underarms, and quick touch-ups, and it works great on all of them. It’s also waterproof, so you can safely use it in the shower, which makes it even more convenient. The battery lasts a good amount of time and charges via USB, which is perfect for travel. It’s also pretty quiet compared to other trimmers.
