*This product does NOT contain maltodextrin. For the unaware, other manufacturers use flavours (even natural ones) with maltodextrin, which has with 3 x higher glycemic index (sugar spike) than sugar. Allulose has been known to lower blood sugar responses.

How to store
This syrup is best stored at room temperature like in a pantry. Please do not store in the fridge as that forms crystals. Taste wise, room temperature / warm trumps cold anything. We've had the best experience keeping it in the pantry.
