Smarter creatine boost with CreGAAtine® and B vitamin support

Unmatched CreGAAtine is a non-stim performance booster focused on one thing: bumping up your total creatine levels smarter than regular creatine. Instead of just using the usual transporter for creatine monohydrate, this has 2g of CreGAAtine®—a special mix of creatine monohydrate and guanidinoacetic acid, or GAA, which your body turns into creatine. Why? Creatine uptake can hit limits, but GAA sneaks in through other paths and gets converted to creatine inside your cells. Basically, it's hitting your creatine stores from two sides instead of one.

The 2g dose of CreGAAtine® is right at the low end of the 2-4g range from early studies, so it's a solid daily amount, especially if you're consistent. Heads up on transparency: you know the total CreGAAtine® dose, but not the exact split between creatine monohydrate and GAA. Still, the idea is strong. Creatine helps remake ATP fast during intense efforts, and GAA builds more creatine naturally. You should notice better repeat sprints, steadier sets, and over time, stronger workouts from more creatine in your muscles.

Those vitamins aren't just thrown in. You get 600mcg vitamin B6, 105mcg DFE folate as L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate calcium, and 1.5mcg vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin to help with methylation—Methylation is the process that handles methyl groups. That's key because turning GAA into creatine needs those methyl groups. Folate and B12 handle one-carbon metabolism and remethylating homocysteine, while B6 supports am

Key Highlights

  • 2,000mg CreGAAtine® per scoop — that's the star here, setting it apart from basic creatine. It's a mix of creatine monohydrate and guanidinoacetic acid to hit creatine levels through direct delivery and making more inside your body.
  • CreGAAtine® from Applied Bio-Sciences — this is the real branded stuff, not some weak mix with hype. The brand backs the idea, research, and why this creatine-plus-GAA combo works.
  • Creatine monohydrate plus GAA together — most creatines just give you straight creatine. This adds guanidinoacetic acid, your body's direct building block for creatine, to help stock up through another path.
  • Built to beat uptake limits — creatine gets in via one main transporter, SLC6A8. GAA uses different ways in, then turns into creatine inside, which is why folks are excited about it.
  • Solid starter dose of CreGAAtine® — studies look at 2-4g, and you get 2g here. That's a good daily hit for steady use in a product meant for the long haul.
  • 600mcg vitamin B6 for enzyme help — B6 is big in breaking down aminos and energy processes. It supports how your body uses nutrients for performance, not just for show.
  • Active folate as L-5-MTHF calcium — better than plain folic acid. Folate handles methyl groups and one-carbon metabolism, which fits perfect with guanidinoacetic acid in here.
  • Methylcobalamin for B12 — skips the cheap forms. This active type teams up with folate for methylation, making sense in a GAA-based formula.

Who Is This For?

  • Bodybuilders pushing growth who value workout quality over stim hype. CreGAAtine® boosts muscle creatine, helping harder reps, better repeats, and the consistency volume needs.
  • Powerbuilders with pre-workouts who want extra daily strength without more caffeine. This non-stim layer builds saturation every day, even off days.
  • Athletes doing sprints, jumps, or bursts where quick energy recovery counts. Creatine plus GAA supports fast ATP remake in high-intensity repeats.
  • Lifters bored of plain monohydrate wanting a fresh creatine angle. CreGAAtine® mixes ready creatine with its precursor for a different path.
  • Late-day trainers needing boost without stims messing sleep. Fully non-stim, fits evening workouts without heart racing or crashes.
  • Folks who dig smart vitamin adds. B6, L-5-MTHF folate, and methylcobalamin fit because GAA-to-creatine pulls on methylation.

How to Use

One scoop daily with water. Gym days, 20-60 minutes pre or with your stack—timing's flexible for long-term buildup, not quick hits. Rest days, anytime consistent. Mix in 6-12 oz water, shake or stir; small size dissolves easy unlike chunky creatines. Sensitive stomach? Add food or more water to ease it. Stacks fine with stim pre-workouts, pumps, electrolytes, EAAs, protein—no caffeine in here to clash. No cycling needed; steady daily use gets the best from creatine support. Keep it cool, dry, lid tight for fresh powder.

What to Expect

First 0-10 minutes: mix the small scoop, drink it down—no heavy feel like big boosters. No stim rush, no tingles, nothing instant since it's about building up. 10-40 minutes: no big changes, which fits a saturation product. Days 1-7: not much feel-wise, maybe just easier routines and less workout ups-and-downs if you were low on creatine. Weeks 2-4: now it clicks—better repeats, steady output in sets, that classic creatine lift in training. Keep it going for the built-up muscle support, not a one-time hit.

Key Ingredients

  • CreGAAtine® — 2g — Dual-pathway creatine support for stronger repeated efforts
  • Vitamin B6 — 600mcg — Supports enzymatic energy and amino acid metabolism
  • Folate — 105mcg DFE — Active folate supports methylation needed for GAA conversion
  • Vitamin B12 — 1.5mcg — Active B12 complements folate in methylation chemistry

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly is CreGAAtine® in this formula?

CreGAAtine® is a trademarked ingredient from Applied Bio-Sciences that combines creatine monohydrate with guanidinoacetic acid, or GAA. Creatine supports rapid ATP regeneration during hard training, while GAA is the direct precursor your body methylates into creatine, giving this formula a more advanced saturation strategy than plain monohydrate alone.

How much CreGAAtine® do I get per serving?

Each 1-scoop serving provides 2g of CreGAAtine®. The exact split between creatine monohydrate and GAA inside that trademarked complex is not disclosed on the verified formula, so you know the total active system dose but not the exact ratio of the two components.

Is 2g of CreGAAtine® a meaningful dose?

Yes. The ingredient knowledge base places CreGAAtine® in an emerging 2-4g daily range, so 2g is a legitimate entry-level research-aligned dose. The key is consistency, because the benefits come from building creatine availability over time rather than creating an acute feeling on day one.

Why are vitamin B6, folate, and B12 included?

They are included to support methylation chemistry. GAA must be methylated into creatine, and folate, vitamin B12, and vitamin B6 all play roles in one-carbon metabolism and related coenzyme processes, so their inclusion fits the formula’s core mechanism.

Does this replace standard creatine monohydrate?

It can serve as your daily creatine-support product, but it is not the same as taking a fully disclosed 3-5g dose of plain creatine monohydrate. This formula uses a different strategy—2g total of a creatine-plus-GAA system—so users who want maximum monohydrate simplicity may still prefer straight creatine, while users who want a next-generation approach may prefer this.

Will I feel this right away like a pre-workout?

No. This formula is stimulant-free and not designed for an acute buzz, pump, or tingling sensation. What you should expect is the gradual performance support associated with improving creatine availability over days and weeks of consistent use.

Can I stack Unmatched CreGAAtine with a pre-workout?

Yes. This is one of the best ways to use it because the formula contains no caffeine or stimulants. It stacks cleanly with pre-workouts, pump products, hydration formulas, EAAs, and protein without creating stimulant overlap.

Do I need to cycle this product?

No. Creatine-based products are typically used daily without cycling because the benefits depend on maintaining tissue saturation. Stopping and starting repeatedly makes less sense than taking it consistently.

Is this product beginner-friendly?

Yes, from a tolerance perspective it is very beginner-friendly because it contains no stimulants and uses a simple 2g scoop. The only caveat is that the mechanism is more advanced than plain creatine, so beginners who want maximum simplicity may prefer starting with standard monohydrate before exploring GAA-based systems.

When is the best time to take it?

Any time you will consistently remember it. Pre-workout is convenient on training days, but because this product works through long-term saturation rather than acute stimulation, daily compliance matters more than exact timing.

An action-packed dark romantasy
Format: Kindle
I loved this book! Queen of Roses is an Arthurian-inspired dark romantasy that is the first book in the Blood of Fae series. The story follows Morgan, the princess of Camelot who is rumored to be part fae. Fueled by prejudiced hatred and a mistrust of fae blood, Morgan’s abusive father strips her of her birthright and hands it to her half-brother, Arthur. Instead of becoming queen, Morgan is commanded to join the temple of the goddesses when she comes of age. However, Arthur turns into a psychopathic, power-hungry, fae-hating king as he ages. He develops malevolent plans and commands Morgan to find an ancient weapon with legendary power. Although Morgan is wary of Arthur’s intentions, she embraces the opportunity to go on a journey and potentially change her fate. The story picks up from there and we follow Morgan on her quest to find the ancient relic. It’s full of high stakes adventure, mystery, tension, banter, forced proximity, hidden magic, self discovery, and betrayal. This first installment of the series intricately develops the world building and character development. There’s little romance in this book, but it is evident that it is a slow burn that will continue to develop throughout the remainder of the series. Overall, I loved the world building, the epic fantasy, Morgan’s journey of self discovery, and all of the twists and turns that set the stage for the future installments. I can’t wait to see what happens next!

Arthurian Fae Quest…say less.
Format: Kindle
A fae centered Arthurian tale unlike any I’ve read so far. The author did a great job at descriptive world building, with scenes easily playing out in my minds eye. There was plenty of action, suspense, and even a touch of horror. An enemies to lovers, slow burn romance, a quest, with plot twist and turns aplenty. There was a love triangle, which I’m not usually a fan of but, it played out well in this story line. The FMC, Morgan Pendragon, was so blatantly naïve, yet I typically expect as much in a ‘book one’ of a series, especially one that features a fairly sheltered princess. I was happy to read that in spite of this, she still showed a strong sense of morals, fire, and spine. Now our MMC? Kairos Draven, aka Void’s Edge. Oh, how I’m a sucker for a smoking’ hot grumpy warrior alpha with a witty mouth, and a strong sense of “touch her and die” attitude, so you know who held all my cards. That ending? Just made me swoon all the harder. Now add a battlecat that rivals the size of a horse…and well Ms. Briar Boleyn you have well and truly stolen my heart. I’m excited to see where the story goes from here, and follow along to see more of the characters growth. I went into this story fairly blind, and I think I enjoyed it all the more because of it. Once the story got going, it had me in an absolute chokehold and it was difficult to put down.

Not a bad start
Format: Kindle
3 stars Thank you Netgalley and Briar Boleyn for the ARC! A camelot/king Arthur retelling with fae. I was hooked by the idea of this book immediately and was eager to jump into this world. • slow burn • enemies to lovers • who did this to you Morgan Pendragon watched her mother die by her father's hand when she was just eight years old, hiding under the bed. Morgan is believed to have the tainted blood of the fae in her veins and is cast aside so that her fathers illegitimate son, Arthur, can become the king. She's seen his cruel treatment of the fae firsthand, so when he sends her on a journey to find a fae weapon she seizes the opportunity to do more with her life. Along the way, she finds more than she could have imagined. I don't know a whole lot about King Arthur and Camelot but I had a lot of fun with this story! The plot has some similar tropes to popular romantasy books (From blood and ash) but there's enough originality here that it doesn't feel like I'm reading a copy. I liked how the fae were different in appearance than what is typical in most fantasy books I've read. In this book they have blue hair, violet skin and a wide range of other characteristics. I thought that the world building was easy to follow and I could easily immerse myself into this world. After reading the blurb I kept wondering when she was going to go on the journey to find Excalibur and it doesn't happen until around the 45% mark. The story is a bit slow at times but starts to pick up once they begin their journey to find Excalibur. The John Wick style Inn was a fun concept that I enjoyed reading about. There are a lot of similarities to this and FBAA and I would have liked to have it be a little more different, but I'm hoping book two will have the story turn into something of its own. Overall I enjoyed reading this story and I'm looking forward to reading book two especially after that ending.

Baby bumps and bodyguards
Format: Kindle
Dark, emotional, and unexpectedly tender, Not Ready is an omegaverse romance that delivers found family feels, fierce protectiveness, and a very pregnant heroine who refuses to break. Vale’s on the run from a stalker, but lands in the arms of three private security alphas, cue the swoony tension, fake marriage twist, and slow-burn heat. It’s a little gritty, a little soft, and a whole lot addictive. If you love protective alphas, high stakes, and heroines with quiet strength, this one’s a must-read.
