In Romanian, the pheasant is a loser. Herta Müller, Nobel Prize in Literature 2009 The pheasant is a bird that does not fly, lives on the ground, and is an easy prey that cannot escape. In this work, the author reflects the resignation and inner despair of the years leading up to her exile. She addresses the fate of a German family anxiously awaiting permission to leave Romania. The characters, suffocated by borders that are not only geographical, drawn by the repressive apparatus of the dictatorship, reflect great tension in their lives. Angela Merkel said... "Precisely now, 20 years after the fall of the Berlin Wall, it is a wonderful sign that a writer who has lived this experience firsthand is honored with the Nobel Prize in Literature."

They're ok

These are ok. I'm 5'6", 150lbs. I got a large. The colors are fun. The waist band is comfortable, fits well, doesn't dig in, and sits high enough to not affect a my C-section scar, but they constantly ride up.

Cotton panties need to be the standard- these are amazing!

SO comfortable!! I’ve never owned a pair of 95-100% cotton underwear and I’m never going back. These are so breathable, soft and well made for an affordable price! The lacey detail is so cute and feminine. I got the mediums cause I don’t like my underwear squeezing me but don’t want them too loose either. After washing and drying they fit nicely. They hit at waist as well which I love. Would definitely recommend!

Comfortable Cotton Underwear
These cotton underwear are the perfect combination of comfort and cuteness. They fit true to size and feel very soft and comfortable for everyday wear. The cotton material is breathable and comfortable enough to wear all day without any issues.
I also really like the lace detail. It adds a little bit of style and femininity without taking away from the comfort at all. The lace is soft rather than itchy, which is a huge plus. The colors are all pretty and exactly as pictured.
They also hold up well after washing. I did not notice any shrinking, stretching, or fading, and they kept their shape nicely. Overall, these are comfortable, flattering, and well made underwear.

Comfy everyday undies
These were really comfortable for everyday wear and didn’t dig in or roll throughout the day. The quality of the cotton felt soft and breathable while still having enough stretch to fit nicely. I also liked that they stayed fairly seamless under leggings and thinner clothing. Good balance between comfort and practicality. I’ve worn them several times and no sign of wear and tear thus far.
