Inspired by Japanese culinary tradition, the Santoku Knife features a slender, balanced blade that delivers razor-sharp precision when slicing, dicing, and chopping a wide range of ingredients. Slightly larger than our Allround Knife UHC, it excels in creating delicate, paper-thin cuts. However, its fine edge makes it less suitable for cutting through hard materials such as bone.

Forged from Roselli’s proprietary UHC (Ultra High Carbon) steel, the blade offers exceptional sharpness and outstanding edge retention. The handle, made from stained curly birch and treated with linseed oil, ensures a secure and comfortable grip even when wet.

Each knife comes with a finely crafted sheath made from Finnish vegetable-tanned leather, both practical and elegant, ideal for safe storage between cooking sessions, during travel, or when sending your knife to Roselli for our free sharpening service.
