Seven Top Turnip - Heirloom Vegetable Seeds

Seven Top Turnip (Brassica rapa “Seven Top”), have an incomparable sweet flavor when harvested when nighttime temperatures remain 40° F and below. The colder temperatures promote sweetness in the leaves. Although, some do prefer the slight bitterness that develops when the turnip greens mature a bit longer. You may be able to harvest the turnip root, but you must do so when it’s very young. Otherwise, they are considered inedible.

Seven Top Turnip is a cool-weather biennial but is grown as an annual in much colder regions, usually over the winter for a spring harvest. In zones 9-10, Seven Top can be grown and harvested throughout the winter. Allow the plants some partial shade to avoid bitterness in the leaves.

Growing indoors is possible. However, managing temperature may be difficult. Consider a porch garden where you can move the plants indoors or outdoors, depending on temperatures and weather conditions.

Seven Top prefers crumbly soil that is well-drained. It has a wide range of germination temperatures (40-75°F).

Other Tips: Remove other or withered leaves from each turnip plant to promote the healthy growth of all the other greens.

These hooks are so functional and great for organization in the garage. Perfect for hanging extension cords and other misc items that you want to have easy access to. Super simple installation; lift the release and move then flip back down to lock again. Very sturdy and magnet is strong. Worth the buy!

Great for shed organizing

We recently upgraded to a conex/shipping container/metal shed and needed a way to organize all of our yard tools. These work great, the weight holds a lot of items, could be a little longer but we were impressed with them holding everything for over a month now and not moving.

Good product. Know the limits.
Size: 6 Inch, Style: Open
These are very nice. Sure beats drilling holes in your steel. However, 45lb is a stretch. Will easily hold 25lbs. However 35+ is a stretch, especially if your walls shift a little due to be close to a door. Will definitely order more, just important to understand the limits. Thanks.

Finally, a product that meets all of its advertised claims!
It seems to me like this product is always out of stock. Of the ones I have received and been able to use. They work as advertised and hold an incredible amount of weight. It is very easy to put them on and off, but once they are latched down, you could not remove them by hand without bending the hooks I would like to have a few more boxes to use in my steel building.
