How to select heat level 

• On the remote control press the power button to switch on. Press the 5-level heat button to select the desired heat level. The screen will then show the heat level from 1 to 5 (1- very low, 2-low, 3-medium, 4-high, 5-very high). Each time you want to raise the heat level by one factor, please press the button once.
• To switch off the pillow, press the power button once. Both the screen and pillow will be switched off.

 How to select timer 

• Switch on the heat function, press the clock button to select the timer between 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 minutes). The screen indicates the correct timer duration. We recommend the consumer use the heat function between 10-30 min.
