6g Citrulline, 200mg Caffeine, Fully Disclosed Performance Support

Bucked Up PeakO2 Adaptogenic Performance Powder is basically a solid mid-stim pre-workout with the classics: stuff for nitric oxide to help with pumps and blood flow, beta-alanine to fight fatigue, caffeine for quick energy and alertness, plus a bit of nootropics and electrolytes to make training feel better. It's not fancy, and that's why it works. It sticks to ingredients that actually help in the gym instead of flashy extras.

The star is 6,000mg of citrulline malate 2:1. That's a real dose for pre-workouts. Citrulline turns into arginine in your kidneys better than taking arginine straight, boosting nitric oxide and widening blood vessels. In the gym, that means fuller pumps, better blood to your muscles, and handling high-volume sets easier. At 6g, it's doing the heavy lifting for why this is called a performance powder.

Beta-alanine is at 2,000mg. Studies back it for intense efforts from 1-10 minutes, with daily doses usually 3.2-6.4g. It builds up carnosine in muscles over time, which buffers the acid that causes burning fatigue. Honest take: 2g is good, but under the full daily target. Use it every day to load carnosine; if only on workout days, you won't get the max benefits.

Caffeine anhydrous at 200mg makes it feel like a true pre-workout. It's enough to amp up alertness, cut how hard the workout feels, and boost your drive without going too wild. For many users, 200mg is the

Key Highlights

  • 6,000mg Citrulline Malate 2:1 — this is the real deal dose where citrulline shines in training. It boosts arginine levels better than arginine itself, kicking up nitric oxide for wider blood vessels and that full pump feel serious gym folks chase.
  • 200mg Caffeine Anhydrous — a solid dose that ramps up alertness, drive, and makes effort feel easier without hitting extreme stim levels. For a lot of people, this lifts your workout without the overkill of 300mg+ options.
  • 2,000mg Beta-Alanine — a decent add for endurance, especially if you take it regularly. It builds muscle carnosine over time, buffering acid during tough sets so you delay the burn in reps, circuits, and conditioning.
  • 200mg AlphaSize Alpha GPC — throws in choline for better focus and muscle connection that caffeine misses. Makes the whole thing feel like a workout booster, not just a buzz.
  • Fully disclosed label — everything's listed with doses, so you can check it against what works. That's huge in a world of prop blends hiding weak ingredients behind cool names.
  • Moderate-stim setup — made for everyday use, not one crazy session. 200mg caffeine is enough to perform but chill enough for folks who don't want stims messing with sleep.
  • Citrulline plus caffeine combo — better blood flow from citrulline teams up with caffeine's mental kick. You get sessions that feel more responsive physically and sharper mentally.
  • Beta-alanine plus caffeine combo — beta-alanine fights muscle fatigue long-term while caffeine boosts your push right now. Together, they handle what your body feels and how hard your brain wants to go.

Who Is This For?

  • Intermediate lifters on hypertrophy blocks wanting reliable pumps and stamina between sets. 6g citrulline malate helps flow and feel, daily beta-alanine cuts burn in longer reps.
  • After-work trainers needing energy without 300-400mg stim bombs. 200mg caffeine sharpens focus and output but keeps it manageable for recovery and sleep.
  • Functional fitness folks with circuits, sleds, rows, high-output repeats. Beta-alanine fits 1-10 minute efforts, caffeine lowers how tough sessions feel.
  • Bodybuilders after mind-muscle link and visible pumps over max stims. Citrulline malate and Alpha GPC make it more about performance feel than just buzz.
  • Label readers who hate prop blends. This shows every active so you can check against what works, no trusting hidden stuff.
  • Stack builders using a moderate pre base. No overload, easy to add creatine, intra carbs, or electrolytes for your style.

How to Use

Mix 1 scoop in 10-16 oz cold water, drink 20-30 minutes pre-training. Caffeine hits fast, citrulline lines up for warm-ups and working sets. If new to pre-workouts or low caffeine tolerance, try half scoop first for the 200mg and any tingles. Shaker beats stirring for mixing, add water for taste or hot sessions. Empty stomach speeds it up, light meal smooths if sensitive. Don't mix with other caffeine unless tracking total. Stacks well with creatine, intra carbs, full electrolytes for big volume. Store sealed, cool, dry for easy scooping. No need to cycle hard, but caffeine breaks help if tolerance creeps in.

What to Expect

First 0-10 minutes: not much, maybe early caffeine if on empty stomach. 10-20 minutes: energy and readiness build, possible mild beta-alanine tingles. 20-40 minutes: prime time, with 200mg caffeine going strong and 6g citrulline bringing better pump and feel. 40-90 minutes: keeps supporting without crashing like weak stuff, though pump depends on your style, water, and carbs. Days 1-7: mostly caffeine, focus, and flow right away. Weeks 2-4: beta-alanine steps up as carnosine builds, making tough sets and intervals easier to handle.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much caffeine is in Bucked Up PeakO2 Adaptogenic Performance Powder?

Each full scoop contains 200mg of caffeine anhydrous. That is enough for a noticeable increase in alertness, workout drive, and reduced perceived exertion, but it sits well below the ultra-high-stim pre-workout tier.

Is the citrulline dose in this formula actually strong enough to matter?

Yes. This product provides 6,000mg of citrulline malate 2:1, which is in the clinically meaningful range for supporting nitric oxide production, blood flow, and the fuller pump most users want from a pre-workout.

Is 2g of beta-alanine enough?

It is a useful dose, but it is below the 3.2-6.4g daily range commonly used in the literature. If you use the product consistently, it contributes to carnosine loading over time, but users seeking a full research-style daily intake may want additional beta-alanine from another source.

Will this make me tingle?

Possibly. Beta-alanine can cause a harmless tingling sensation called paresthesia, especially when taken on a more empty stomach or by users who are sensitive to it. At 2,000mg, some people will notice it and others will not.

Is this better for pump or energy?

It does both, but the strongest formula statement is the 6g citrulline malate for pump and blood flow. The 200mg caffeine gives solid energy, but this is not designed as an extreme high-stim product.

What does Alpha GPC do in this formula?

AlphaSize Alpha GPC at 200mg acts as a choline donor to support acetylcholine production, which is involved in focus and neuromuscular signaling. In practice, it helps the energy feel more directed and training-focused rather than just stimulant-heavy.

Can I stack this with creatine?

Yes, and it is a smart pairing. Creatine supports phosphocreatine regeneration for strength and repeated power output, which complements this formula’s citrulline-driven blood flow and beta-alanine-driven fatigue management.

Should I take this every day or only before workouts?

For the acute effects of caffeine and citrulline, use it before training. For beta-alanine to build muscle carnosine effectively, consistency matters, so daily use is more beneficial than only taking it occasionally.

Is this a fully transparent label?

Yes. The active ingredients are disclosed individually with listed amounts rather than hidden inside a proprietary blend. That makes it much easier to judge what is clinically strong and what is included at support-level dosing.

Is this suitable for evening training?

That depends on your caffeine tolerance and bedtime. At 200mg caffeine, many users will want to avoid taking it too close to sleep, especially if they are also using coffee or other stimulants during the day.

I finally took the plunge. A satisfying star read
Format: Kindle
What a chicken I was to leave off reading this book for YEARS because I couldn’t cope with Logan’s “situation” (no spoilers!) & how it could possibly be sorted in his own book. Oh ye of little faith! Elle Kennedy isn’t a #1 author by CHANCE! Oh no, that is TALENT baby! She took the end of book one, ran with it, then flipped that mother sucker on its head to dig deeper into Logan and learn about Grace. These two were definitely made for each other. The story spans from one school year to the next and we get lots of context too. There are some side characters that I’m not sure o know why they were added as they didn’t add to the story and a particular side character that really needed an ending as she just disappeared. Why was she so unhappy? What was she getting into off page? Was she ever forgiven? The s story seemed to end abruptly, and that threw me off a bit. I kept going like I was gonna flip another page, and that was the end! Besides the fact of feeling like there are so many things left unsaid this was a good book. Definitely liked book one more but that could also be because the show just came out on prime but nahh, I loved to book one even a decade ago, and it’s still amazing to this day! The hard part of this was the female narrator on the portions when I listened…Lorelei Avalon, she was NOT CAST properly in my opinion at all. She’s not a bad narrator, she’s just not suited, even remotely, for a late teens early 20-year-old college student. Her voice is more for characters late 40s early 50s in my opinion. I’m glad on book 3. It looks like we changed the narrator so I hope to mostly listen to that one. As always, Lee Samuels did a phenomenal job. He’s been in the game for a while, so maybe that’s what helps make it right for him. But he definitely knew how to change the nuances of his voice to suit whatever character he was reading at that time. All in all, this was a really good book that I’m sad. I waited so long to read. Thanks to campus diaries coming out on TV? I’m ready to finally finish up this series! Book 3 here I come!!

The start of this book had me nervous but I ended up really loving this book! I loved how aware Logan was to what he was doing to Grace and stopped it even though it hurt to read. I loved that Grace made him WORK for her forgiveness and some parts were even SO funny. I loved all four of the guys and their great banter. My sweet baby Logan really was going through it in his personal life and his story resonated so much with me. I cried multiple times while reading and cried happy tears at the ending. It was perfect and exactly how I hoped it would end. 🎧 The narrators did a fantastic job with the dual narration.

this was amazing!!! i loved the characters and the writing is a lot better than most of its sport-romance-book counterparts. the worst part of it for me was the climax, i felt as though the FMC’s actions did not match her personality type. he is unsure about their relationship and is worried that she will leave him due to the seemingly bleak and boring future ahead of him. he voices this to her and she gets mad. mind you, this man had to grovel and beg and complete tasks for a single DATE. like girl, if we had been dating for 2 months and i had to do all that to get a date, i would be insecure too. it was quick so easily ignorable, but still bumped it down a star.

The 1st one is better than this one but I still love it
Format: Kindle
The Mistake is the second book in Elle Kennedy’s Off-Campus series, following a new couple while maintaining the humor, steamy romance, and emotional depth that made The Deal so popular. This installment focuses on Logan, Garrett’s best friend and fellow hockey player, and Grace, a quiet but strong-willed freshman, as they navigate second chances and personal growth. John Logan – Logan is charming, funny, and a ladies' man, but beneath his confident exterior, he struggles with deep-seated family issues and a sense of being trapped by his circumstances. His development throughout the book makes him more than just the stereotypical player. Grace Ivers – A freshman who starts off shy but proves to be independent and assertive. She isn’t easily won over, and her ability to stand her ground makes her a refreshing and likable heroine. Familiar faces from The Deal, including Garrett and Hannah, return, while new side characters add to the college setting’s energy and humor. Kennedy’s writing is engaging, with a mix of humor, emotional moments, and steamy romance. The alternating perspectives between Logan and Grace allow for a well-rounded view of their relationship and personal struggles. The book delivers plenty of humor and flirty banter while also tackling deeper themes of family responsibility, self-worth, and making tough life choices. The chemistry between Logan and Grace is strong, and their romance is a blend of fun, tension, and genuine emotional connection. Strengths ✔ Strong Character Growth – Both Logan and Grace undergo realistic, satisfying development. ✔ Second-Chance Romance Done Right – Logan’s journey to making up for his mistake feels earned, and Grace doesn’t immediately forgive him, which adds authenticity. ✔ Engaging Writing & Humor – The witty dialogue and college setting keep the story entertaining. ✔ Balanced Romance & Personal Struggles – The love story is front and center, but each character also has their own challenges to overcome. The Mistake is a fun, emotional, and steamy addition to the Off-Campus series. While it follows a familiar formula, the engaging characters and well-paced romance make it a standout. Fans of The Deal and other college sports romances like The Chase by Elle Kennedy or The Score (book 3 in the series) will love this one.

I loved everything about The Deal by Elle Kennedy!
Format: Kindle
I have been a huge fan of Elle Kennedy’s writing for years. I loved her Out of Uniform series and Killer Instincts series. Her After Hours series is sizzling hot. She has a way of bringing her characters to life and making them demand your absolute attention. Her books have a combination of witty dialogue, dynamic characters, a well developed plot, and pacing that keeps the reader enthralled. Most of her books have either been erotic romance or romantic suspense. I was wondering how she would pull off a New Adult romance. New Adult romance is a generalized genre that can contain sweet & sexy, dark & intense, angsty & anxious, or exciting & erotic. The Deal has all of these elements and more. It is one of the most enjoyable and entertaining New Adult romances that I have read. I connected with the main characters as well as the secondary characters. They were all larger than life in their own way. The one thing that stood out besides the main characters romance was Elle’s portrayal of college life. She portrayed a very realistic look at life on the college campus and how it relates to their courses as well as social life. Garrett Graham is the bad boy of the college hockey team. He makes panties melt and owns his man whore reputation with relish. He has an overinflated ego that matches his cocky attitude. He is a star player and lives for playing hockey. He is diligent with his grades, practices, and performance. When he fails his philosophy mid term, it could not only ruin his GPA, it will affect his position on the team. He could lose the one thing he lives for. He is going to have to retake his philosophy mid term and ace it in order to remain on the team. He needs help. Who better to help him than one of the few students that managed not only to pass the mid term but ace it. He never really noticed Hannah Wells before until she accidentally dropped her exam and he saw her A. Now he is on a mission to get Hannah to tutor him. He will try to bribe her, entice her, and woo her. When he discovers the golden carrot that will make her give in, he will dangle it in every way he can. His life is counting on that golden carrot. Hannah Wells is a music major. She is a pretty confident and outgoing girl with her friends and peers. She is smart, personable, and resilient. She is dedicated to her craft. The one area she lacks in is her confidence with the opposite sex. She has finally found a guy that she is interested in and she has no clue how to deal with her attraction. Not only is he out of her league, he is also the star quarterback on the football team. Not the type of guy she would normally take an in interest in. She has had some very bad experiences with the opposite sex. Although she has mostly overcome her issues, she is still a bit leery and scared. If she can get past her fears, she may be able to approach him. When the ego maniac sex god, Garrett Grant, approaches her to tutor him in philosophy, she thinks he is out of his ever loving mind. There is no way she is going to tutor the self absorbed jock. That is until he finds out her ultimate weakness and offers her a guaranteed solution. His persistence and golden carrot are enough to make her cave. It’s time to make a deal with the Devil. Hannah and Garrett are in for some big surprises. They are both quite different than they appear on the surface. Hannah may have the upper hand when the tutoring begins but Garrett will quickly take control of the situation. Both will be in for a great learning experience. Both will come out winners in the end. Their Deal will seal both their fates. I loved the banter between Garrett and Hannah. The snarky sarcasm, witty comebacks, and dirty talking are beyond clever and entertaining. The heated bedroom scenes make your temperature burn out of control. The emotional and intimate moments will have you swooning. What I loved best is how they formed a deep respect and friendship with one another. They were able to honestly confide in one another and know that their trust was not misplaced. I loved everything about this book! Read The Deal by Elle Kennedy. I am looking forward to the next book in the Off-Campus series. The Mistake will release in June of 2015. It is a complete mystery of who this book will feature or what their story is about.
