How LFE Makes the Difference

Cables are the neural pathways that connect our systems. Like nerve bundles, they carry the emotion that makes home theatre so powerful. Subwoofer cables are essential, as they deliver the full impact of the low-frequency effects that define the movies and shows we love.

That’s why Dolby requires every theatre to include a dedicated subwoofer (.1/LFE) channel. Commander delivers a balance of virtues; warm, full-bodied bass that effortlessly supports dynamic soundtracks and immersive effects.

REL understands how deep bass interacts with sonic events across the frequency spectrum proven out through more than 35 years of designing world-class subwoofers. That knowledge informs every aspect of our cable design. Commander is the result—an affordable, high performance LFE cable that delivers the experience REL customers expect.

Form & Function

Color Matched for Any Room

REL customers expect more. Performance? Surely, but also thoughtful design and materials that go above and beyond the norm. That’s why we offer Commander in both White and Black jackets. White blends cleanly into baseboards and lighter floors, while Black disappears against dark hardwoods or carpet. Simple as Black and White.

We also carried over our reverse-threaded RCA connectors from the Commodore cable. Typical RCA connectors loosen the barrels when you try to wiggle them free to make a change in your system; ours tighten the barrels as you remove the connector. A small but smart detail, with arrow indicators to show signal flow.

Cable Architecture

Fundamentals Executed the REL Way

We have over 40 years of experience on our internal cable design team and we know what works and what to avoid. While some cables rely on gimmicky features, Commander skips the fluff that drive up cost and focuses on the fundamentals. The dedicated ground features two levels of noise-attenuation and a twisted-pair hot conductor made of 60 strands of 99.99% pure Oxygen-Free Copper (OFC). The result is a cable that’s both quiet and dynamic. Built to last for years, Commander’s rugged PVC jacket stays clean with a simple wipe of a damp cloth.

Connector Design

A Better Ownership Experience

We’ve already mentioned the reverse-threaded barrels, but it’s worth repeating. REL pays attention to the little things that affect everyday use. Left-handed threads are used to attach the white or black outer barrels on our RCAs. We spend a lot of time in customer homes and helping stores and nothing is as frustrating as having the connector barrel become disconnected when trying to remove a long-seated connector. So, our designers designed these reverse-twist threads so that when you twist the connector to remove it from the AVR, the barrel becomes tighter. Simple? Maybe, but no one else has thought of this.

Leaks
Color: Blue+red
Water leaks out of the button you press to change out the head so we will be sending back. Other than that it would be perfect, I’m sure it’s just a fluke thing.

The most powerful water flosser I've found. 100% happy!
Color: Rose Gold
I prefer a water flosser which has the ability to shoot the water between my, very tightly spaced, teeth more powerfully than other water flossers I'd tried. Online searches seem to often say that the Waterpik Aquarius Water Flosser is the best and most powerful water flosser, so over time, I actually purchased that product TWICE, although I was not particularly impressed with its power when I first purchased it. At the time, I could not identify any similar product that appeared to perform any better. Well, recently a friend recommended this Burst water flosser to me so I decided to give it a try. I am SO happy to report that it IS more powerful than the Waterpic water flosser, and using it's high setting, it has helped me flush significantly more debris from within my teeth and gums than I was able to get with the Waterpic product. On top of that, I love that it is cordless and that it takes up much less space on my pedestal sink. Admittedly, since its water reservoir is smaller, I do have to fill it twice in order to very thoroughly clean all of my teeth and gums each time, but that is a non-issue for me. I'm extremely satisfied with this product!

Childhood memories 😊
Color: Black, Color: Black
I came across this device from my orthodontist. I really don't enjoy flossing, for whatever reason I've always felt like I'm going to pull out a tooth when going slightly around my teeths gumline. But this little nifty device called burst helps with that. I've always enjoy the water flossing when I was a child visiting the orthodontist and now that I'm an adult, I still feel the same way. This whatever flossing device is amazing. That being said, please read the instructions or at least watch and the video, that's a major plus for the visual learner's. The water floss is pretty powerful so be mindful. When I first used this device I dang near shot water in my eyeball. They definitely gave it the right name "Burst". I love the design of the packaging and the cute little travel bag it comes with. It's very easy to hold and the materials that this device is made out of does not feel cheap at all. It's very smooth to the touch and easy to hold. Though the the device is big,I must say it isn't heavy to hold when water flossing. I did however have a little bit of a hard time opening the area where the water goes. It's definitely a snug fit but once you pull at it enough eventually it'll open. The overall design is outstanding. They come in various colors as well. I'm definitely glad my dentist brought this to my attention after me sharing my fear of regular flossing. I definitely prefer water flossing over dental flossing however I still incorporate dental flossing for two reasons. One being dental hygiene and second being to overcome my fear. So if you share that fear with me as well this burst device is definitely a safer alternative. But do keep in my to dental floss as well for hygiene and to conquer your fears. I hope this helps Amazon folks! Happy water flossing!

BURST OR BUST?
Color: Rose Gold
This is my second purchase of the Burst water flosser. The first stopped working after one year. Im just hoping this one lasts longer!!! In the interim I did buy a Waterpik based on the brand being around for so long. Side by side comparison, the Burst has more burst than the Waterpik. Im going to keep this one even though the price has doubled since my original purchase. Rated 4/5 because the first purchase only lasted one year and because of the increase in price.

Received Burst Water Flosser, that never worked. Found out too late.
Color: Rose Gold
Ordered this item on recommendation of my dental hygenist, then needed a tooth pulled and was starting the dental implant process so was told I couldn't use it for awhile. The process took another 1 & 1/2 years. After the final crown I was told to use a waterpik. I went to use this, was unable to charge it, may have been missing a part, tried a matching plug. It wouldn't charge or turn on. Too late to return, so I'm out a good chunk of money in exchange for junk, something that never worked. I wonder if someone had returned a defective one as it had a dark finger smudge where it turns on, which I couldn't wash off. The tips were in a new package. Very disappointed.
