Built from hard-anodised aluminium, the body is durable and engineered to deliver even, responsive heating. The base is extra thick and fully encapsulated in stainless steel and aluminium for stability and compatibility.
The interior features Circulon’s Hi-Low / triple-layer non-stick system, with grooved “peaks” that protect the coating and help reduce abrasion while allowing for metal utensil use.
This milk pan works on all hob types, including induction, and it is oven safe to 260 °C. It is also dishwasher safe, thanks to sealed rims that resist corrosion.
