Also while we have tempered chocolate during manufacture, it's possible for these chocolates to fall out of temper from temperature changes and for bloom to appear. It's a natural occurrence, affecting only what the chocolate looks like. Even with bloom the chocolate remains perfectly safe to eat and it doesn't affect the taste at all.
