Dopo la fermentazione in botte, il vino affina per 12 mesi in legno sulle fecce grossolane, a cui seguono altri 10 mesi in acciaio sulle fecce fini. Il risultato è un vino elegante e di personalità, che sa calibrare perfettamente freschezza e morbidezza.
