Using the Everything DiSC® Agile EQ™ assessment, participants embark on a personalized journey of self-discovery and growth. They’ll uncover their instinctive mindsets, explore new ways of thinking, and learn how to flex their emotional intelligence to meet the moment — whatever it demands.
By blending the proven insights of DiSC® with active emotional intelligence development, participants learn how to stay centered under pressure, collaborate with greater empathy, and lead with agility.
By the end of this engaging workshop, participants will:
