Dopo la vendemmia, le uve vengono sottoposte a una pressatura soffice e

Al naso si riconoscono profumi floreali, note di frutta bianca, tocchi agrumati; in bocca è fresco, di buona struttura, equilibrato.Prodotto in Sardegna dall'azienda vinicola Santadi, il Vermentino "Cala Silente" è ottenuto solamente da uve coltivate nei vigneti con migliore esposizione, poste su terreni ricchi di argilla e sabbia. Dopo la vendemmia, le uve vengono sottoposte a una pressatura soffice e vinificate in serbatoi di acciaio inox; prima di essere imbottigliato, sosta per alcuni mesi in vasche di cemento.
Si abbina con piatti a base di pesce e carni bianche in salsa.
