VMI Sports Major Mass is a straightforward lean mass gainer, not some fancy gimmick. It gives you a big calorie hit through a mix of macros that help build muscle, recover from workouts, and hit your daily intake without stuffing down another meal when you're not hungry. From the info we have, a 4-scoop serving packs 40g protein, 62g carbs, and 8g fat. Proteins are whey protein concentrate, whole milk powder, whey protein isolate, and milk protein isolate. Carbs come from maltodextrin, Carb10®, and dextrose. Fats include coconut oil, avocado oil, tapioca stuff, and MCT oil. It has digestive enzymes, plus vitamins A and C, but we don't have the exact vitamin doses.

The protein setup is smart. 40g is a solid amount to kickstart muscle building for most guys, especially from dairy proteins loaded with key aminos and leucine—that's the amino acid that really triggers growth. Whey concentrate and isolate hit fast, getting aminos to your muscles quick after a session or between eats. Milk protein isolate and whole milk powder slow it down with casein, keeping aminos flowing longer and making it feel more like a meal. That's better than all-whey in a gainer, since you want that extended support for growth over time.

Carbs are key too. Dextrose gets in fast for quick energy, great around workouts to refill glycogen—that's your muscle fuel—and spike insulin to shuttle nutrients. Maltodextrin adds easy calories without too much sweetness or bulk. Carb10® mixes it up to give a better carb variety.

Key Highlights

  • 40g protein in a 4-scoop serving packs real punch. With whey concentrate, whey isolate, milk protein isolate, and whole milk powder, you get fast and slow digestion for better results than a basic protein hit.
  • 62g carbs per serving tackles the real issue in gaining: staying in a calorie surplus and refilling energy after tough workouts. That's enough to keep your muscles fueled and your training strong all week.
  • 8g fat per serving turns this into something that feels like a meal, not just a sugary drink. Fats from MCT oil, coconut oil, and avocado oil boost calories and help it stick with you longer than carb-only options.
  • Mix of protein sources builds a smarter setup than whey by itself. Quick whey gets aminos flowing fast, while milk proteins keep it going longer for better meal-like support.
  • Carbs aren't just cheap maltodextrin here. Major Mass blends maltodextrin, dextrose, and Carb10® for a more rounded energy feel instead of a one-trick dump.
  • Dextrose shines around training—it absorbs quick to help reload glycogen after big sessions when you need fast recovery and more calories.
  • MCT oil in the fat mix is a nice touch for a high-calorie shake. It digests easy and gives quick energy without weighing you down.
  • Digestive enzymes are in there, and that's huge for gainers. These shakes flop if you can't handle the size, so enzymes help break down proteins and carbs for less hassle and steady use.

Who Is This For?

  • Hardgainers with revved-up metabolisms who miss calorie goals even with serious training. 40g protein, 62g carbs, and 8g fats let them add real fuel without another big meal when they're done eating.
  • Intermediate bodybuilders bulking who want clean calories over junk. Mixed dairy proteins give fast and slow aminos, carbs help reload for bigger workouts.
  • College athletes dealing with lifts, classes, practices, and weird meal times. This packs protein, carbs, and fats into an easy shake for recovery when food's not handy.
  • Guys rebounding from a cut who need to ramp calories without gut issues. Blended carbs, fats, and enzymes make it easier than jumping to huge meals.
  • Strength dudes with tough jobs burning calories all day. This closes the gap with portable macros you can down quick on a busy schedule.
  • Young athletes with no appetite post-training who still need protein and energy. Dextrose and dairy proteins work well after hard days when food sounds bad.

How to Use

Hit Major Mass where calories are toughest, not just whenever. Post-workout or between meals is smart—40g protein and 62g carbs help recovery without swapping out real food. New to gainers or sensitive gut? Start half serving, build up. Mix well in a shaker or blender with water or milk for thickness you like—blender's best for smooth big scoops. Milk bumps calories more for hard gaining. Easier on the stomach with or after training, or between meals if hunger's the issue. No need to cycle—it's stim-free nutrition support. Stacks great with creatine, omegas, and a multi. Store sealed, cool, and dry to keep it fresh.

What to Expect

First 5-10 minutes, you feel the fullness and how it sits easy. In 20-40 minutes, fast whey and simple carbs kick in, making it great post-workout or between eats when you need calories fast. Next 1-3 hours, milk proteins and fats keep it going so it's not a quick sugar buzz. First week, you nail calories and protein better. By weeks 2-4, with good training, expect better recovery, more energy stores, and weight going up from steady surplus. No big stim feel—it's all about building over time.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much protein does VMI Sports Major Mass provide per serving?

Based on verified macro data, Major Mass provides 40g protein per 4-scoop serving. That is a substantial amount for a mass gainer and enough to meaningfully contribute to muscle protein synthesis, especially around training or between meals.

How many carbs are in Major Mass, and what are they for?

Major Mass provides 62g carbohydrates per 4-scoop serving from maltodextrin, Carb10®, and dextrose. Those carbs increase calorie density and help replenish glycogen, which is important for recovery and sustained training performance during a gaining phase.

What are the protein sources in VMI Sports Major Mass?

The verified sources are whey protein concentrate, whole milk powder, whey protein isolate, and milk protein isolate. That combination gives the formula both faster-digesting whey fractions and slower milk-derived proteins for a more meal-like amino acid release profile.

Is Major Mass just a sugar-heavy weight gainer?

Not based on the available formula profile. While it does include fast carbohydrates like dextrose and maltodextrin, it also provides 40g protein and 8g fats from sources including MCT, coconut, and avocado oil, which makes it more balanced than carb-dominant gainers.

Does Major Mass contain digestive enzymes?

Yes, digestive enzymes are included according to the available product information, though the exact blend and dosage were not publicly disclosed. Their purpose is to improve breakdown and tolerability of the large mixed-macro serving.

When is the best time to take Major Mass?

Post-workout and between meals are the most practical times. Post-workout use helps with protein intake and glycogen replenishment, while between-meal use is ideal for hardgainers who simply cannot eat enough solid food to stay in a calorie surplus.

Can beginners use VMI Sports Major Mass?

Yes, but they should start with a partial serving first. The main challenge with mass gainers is digestive tolerance and understanding whether you truly need the calories, so starting smaller makes it easier to gauge how your body responds.

Is this formula stimulant-free?

All available data indicates that Major Mass is stim-free, with no caffeine or stimulant actives identified. That makes it suitable for evening use or for stacking with a pre-workout without unnecessarily increasing nervous system load.

Can I stack Major Mass with creatine?

Yes, and that is one of the smartest stacks for a gaining phase. Major Mass helps solve calorie, protein, and carbohydrate intake, while creatine monohydrate supports phosphocreatine replenishment, strength output, and training volume.

Is the full Supplement Facts panel available for Major Mass?

Not publicly from the sources reviewed. The macros and ingredient sources are known, but exact per-ingredient gram weights, vitamin amounts, complete other ingredients, and enzyme dosing could not be fully verified, so this analysis is intentionally transparent about that limitation.

Baby bumps and bodyguards
Format: Kindle
Dark, emotional, and unexpectedly tender, Not Ready is an omegaverse romance that delivers found family feels, fierce protectiveness, and a very pregnant heroine who refuses to break. Vale’s on the run from a stalker, but lands in the arms of three private security alphas, cue the swoony tension, fake marriage twist, and slow-burn heat. It’s a little gritty, a little soft, and a whole lot addictive. If you love protective alphas, high stakes, and heroines with quiet strength, this one’s a must-read.

Strong Omegaverse Comfort and a Attention Grabbing Plot
Format: Kindle
Jillian West never misses when it comes to Omegaverse, and Not Ready is no exception. This story was the perfect blend of cozy comfort and emotional depth while still delivering a strong plot. Vale is such a powerful heroine, she is strong, capable, and determined but I love that she still allows her pack to love and take care of her. It’s that balance of independence and vulnerability that makes her so relatable. The relationship dynamics were amazing: Bishop is steadfast and completely head over heels, Mercy is skeptical but protective in his own way, and Holt is the hesitant one whose slow fall is so satisfying to watch unfold. The romance hits that sweet spot between insta-love and cautious build, keeping me hooked the entire way through. And that ending. Oh my god, the cliffhanger! I need the next book in this duet immediately.

Interesting
Format: Kindle
So I will say I enjoyed the story, for sure had its moments where it dragged but it was a great story. I really liked that omegas picked their alphas/make the pack. Normally the Alphas make it and the omega fits in with them which is great but I enjoyed this new version where all the power basically went to the omega. It was a nice change of pace. I can admit some of the weird bedroom stuff with her being pregnant was odd, it’s really not hard to do stuff when pregnant (I know I’ve had two and it’s normal and even encouraged at the end especially if you want the baby out). But I like the story as a whole and will read the second, I do hope the next one isn’t dragged bc it stopped being action or tense after she met her alphas and I don’t think it was brought up or properly done when they tried to do it. More sweet after she left.

I’m a little disappointed.
Format: Kindle
I usually like Jillian West’s books but this one was missing a lot for me. The pregnancy didn’t come across as real. She’s on her feet for 12 hour days but is perfectly healthy at 8 months pregnant? Yet the week she moves in all of a sudden she’s not? She is planning on actually running during one of the plot buildups. But at 8 months pregnant that’s incredibly hard to do. The lack of breathing ability and lung space, the change in body center, mass, and gravity. All of it prohibits running, unless you’re an athlete this didn’t come off as at all realistic. I didn’t feel any connection with the alphas. There wasn’t any emotional connection. It could be because of the tense it was written in. But I didn’t get any deep feelings out of this. It came across as checking off boxes. Even the spicy scenes weren’t really believable for me. I wanted to see them fall for her, and it just kind of all fizzled. Even Bishop. One thing I did really like was the ending. I did not see it coming and I’m interested in reading book two because of it. But on the whole this book was mostly disappointing for me.

4.25 stars

Vale is an 8 month pregnant omega working as a waitress at a strip club and a cam girl. She starts to get very creepy vibes from a regular at the club, and her baby daddy ghosted her. She has had an online relationship with a man named Bishop through her cam girl status. One night, bishop was paying to watch her sleep and ansthe creepy regular Andrew break in and watch her sleep he tells vale to come to him at his business now. She flees and finds herself at a large security company with some.hot of alphas who are there to help her. This imegaverse is a little different than I have read, but I am thoroughly enjoying it. Vale is not a traditional omega she was raised by a single beta mom, and the alphas are not normal alphas they have never really loved pack life. But they are ruthless mercenaries. They need her, and she needs them. I love the aspect of the stalker and now the plot twists at the end, so so good. Sometimes, it seemed a little slow and stale mated, but since this a duet, I think It was just her starting to have Vale get to know her alpha suitors. Cliffhanger for sure with this one.
