EHP Labs OxyWhey is a lean whey protein that's more than your basic tub. It starts with a solid protein hit, then adds digestion aids and a bit of micronutrients to make it feel complete for daily shakes. Each 33g serving gives you 25g protein, right in the sweet spot for kicking off muscle recovery after workouts. That's the core, and it's legit for sports nutrition.

The protein comes from non-GMO whey isolate plus concentrate. Isolate keeps it lean with less lactose and fat. Concentrate helps with taste and texture, giving you a fuller shake. Together, they make a quick-digesting protein that helps with recovery, feeling full, and hitting your daily goals without being too watery or chalky.

On top of that, the digestion boosters stand out: Lactobacillus rhamnosus at 1 billion CFU, lactase, and ProHydrolase. Lactobacillus rhamnosus is a probiotic that helps keep your gut balanced and shakes comfortable. Lactase breaks down lactose, which is key in a whey mix with concentrate. ProHydrolase helps digest protein better and eases stomach issues, though we don't have the exact dose here. Bottom line, this combo means less bloat, smoother digestion, and a shake you can actually stick with.

You've got 133mg calcium and 136mg potassium per serving, plus vitamin D and iron, but without full doses in the data. C

EHP OxyWhey Protein by EHP Labs contains Vitamin D, a effective dose for health and performance.

Key Highlights

  • 25g protein in a 33g serving — this is the main deal, and it's enough to really help with muscle recovery after workouts. In real life, it's perfect for a post-gym shake or to bridge meals when you need more protein.
  • Whey isolate plus concentrate — a smart combo for purity and taste. Isolate keeps it lean and low-lactose, while concentrate makes the shake thicker and more enjoyable to drink.
  • Lean profile overall — 25g protein in 33g means most of the scoop is working for you, not just filler. That's what you want in a whey for recovery and staying lean.
  • Built-in digestive support — stuff like lactase and ProHydrolase shows this isn't basic. It's made to go down easy and keep you using it daily without gut drama.
  • Lactobacillus rhamnosus included — this probiotic helps with gut health and comfort. In a whey shake, it means you can drink it regularly without your stomach fighting back.
  • 133mg calcium per serving — not a full calcium supplement, but a nice boost in a protein powder. It helps with muscle function and pairs with vitamin D for bones.
  • 136mg potassium per serving — a decent amount for a mineral that keeps fluids balanced and muscles working right. It supports those contractions during workouts.
  • Vitamin D in there — dose isn't listed in the data, but it's key because it helps your body use calcium better. That's smarter than just adding calcium alone.

Who Is This For?

  • Lifters cutting or recomping who want a high-protein shake without extra calories. 25g in 33g fits keeping muscle while leaning out.
  • Busy folks training after work needing a quick, tolerable post-gym hit. Isolate-concentrate with lactase and probiotics beats bloating from basic stuff.
  • Gym rats who hate heavy proteins but love whey's recovery. Digestive adds make it comfy, especially if concentrates usually bother you.
  • Intermediate trainers upping protein without meal prep overload. 25g fills gaps between eats and goals easily.
  • Athletes wanting more than just aminos post-training. Calcium, potassium, and vitamin D make it feel like real recovery fuel.
  • Folks who like isolate but hate thin shakes. This blend keeps it lean but drinkable.

How to Use

Mix a 33g serving with 6-10 ounces cold water for light, or more for thinner. Shaker bottle mixes it quick, even if it foams a bit. Drink post-workout for fast protein, or between meals when you're short. If whey has been iffy before, start with water to test. The digestive support makes it great for every day. Stack with creatine, post-gym carbs, or meals needing protein. No stims, no cycling needed. Keep it sealed cool and dry for best taste and scoop.

What to Expect

Right away, you feel the texture, fullness, and how easy it sits. In 20-40 minutes, it's like a quick protein boost for recovery and hunger control. If the digestive aids click, it's more about no bloat than big wow moments. First week, hitting protein gets simpler. Weeks 2-4, consistency pays off with better recovery, muscle hold, and appetite management. It's all about the long game over one shake.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much protein does EHP Labs OxyWhey provide per serving?

Each 33g serving provides 25g of protein. That is a strong everyday dose for post-workout recovery or for filling gaps when your meals are not enough to hit your daily protein target.

What type of protein is used in OxyWhey?

Available product research indicates OxyWhey uses a blend of whey protein isolate and whey protein concentrate. That combination is designed to balance a leaner protein profile with better texture and a more satisfying shake.

Is OxyWhey good for cutting or recomposition?

Yes, this formula is well suited to cutting and recomposition because it delivers 25g of protein in a 33g serving, meaning most of the scoop is devoted to protein rather than extra filler. That makes it useful for preserving muscle while keeping calories controlled.

Does OxyWhey include anything for digestion?

Yes. Available research on the product points to Lactobacillus rhamnosus, lactase, and ProHydrolase as digestive-support additions. The practical goal of that combination is to make the protein easier to tolerate and easier to use consistently.

Is this protein lactose-free?

Not necessarily. While whey isolate is lower in lactose and the formula reportedly includes lactase to help break lactose down, whey concentrate is also part of the blend, so highly sensitive users should still assess tolerance carefully.

When should I take OxyWhey?

The best times are immediately after training or between meals when your daily protein intake is falling short. Because this is a protein product rather than a stimulant formula, timing is flexible and should be based on convenience and consistency.

Can I stack OxyWhey with creatine?

Absolutely. Creatine and whey protein complement each other well: whey supports muscle repair and daily protein intake, while creatine supports phosphocreatine availability for strength and high-intensity output.

Does OxyWhey have electrolytes or minerals?

The verified panel includes 133mg calcium and 136mg potassium, with vitamin D and iron also listed but without disclosed extracted amounts. It is not a dedicated hydration formula, but it does provide a useful mineral contribution.

Is OxyWhey beginner-friendly?

Yes. A 25g whey serving is one of the most straightforward and evidence-based supplements a beginner can use, and the added digestive support may make it easier for new users to tolerate than some basic whey formulas.

Does this formula use a proprietary blend?

No proprietary blend was detected in the available formula metadata. That is a positive for transparency, although some supporting ingredient doses were still not fully verified in the extracted label data.

not better than manual……!!!!!
Do Not Buy This Product. this review is coming at 1 April 2026. This can opener was purchased in October 2025. My initial review was that it worked well and did the job. It was meant to do however, after a few uses, I noticed that the can opener continue to move around and around the can even after the can lid had been cut open. in January 2026 it began to make more and more rotations around the can and the lid was not cut loose. After a few more uses. It just rotated and did nothing else. I sent an email to the company. I contacted Amazon about it. I’ve done everything that I can possibly see to do but I get no positive results. Consequently, I have a six month old can opener. It does not work. worked well for the first 10 or 20 uses; then the cutting edge just wore out (3-4mos.), so now my money was wasted. No explanation no offer, too bad.

Don't waste money on this one
Ordered in January 2026. Worked good the first few times. Now it just rotates around and around the can but doesn't cut anything. I'm so disappointed because it failed shortly after my return window closed.

Easy to use! No more hand cranking.
If you like the ease of an electric can opener, but don’t have room to store it or don’t want to drag it out when you need to use it, this is for you. I like a handheld can opener, but would get so frustrated trying to use it and turn the handle. This can opener is amazing and so easy to use. Just attach to can and push a button. It starts turning on its own and when it is done it stops. You lift it up and the lid comes off cleanly. It is rechargeable so need to worry about batteries. It tucks away in a drawer nicely. I bought my mom one too. She has arthritis in her hands so thought this would be perfect for her.

Smooth edges better than twisting
Works a lot better than the crank style and the counter top electric and you can use the lid to reseal the can if you don't use the whole thing.
