ACT's 6-pad, spring-centered race disc features a spring-center to properly damp torsional vibrations and resist failure under harsh conditions. ACT spring retainers utilize wraparound spring windows and thicker retainer stampings to provide spring support, reduce stress concentrations, and increase strength and reliability. Chipped rack and top rack does not stay up

Heavy duty and easy to put together, with the exception of the two screws for the top rack; the top rack does not stay in the up position on its own like I thought it would. I can’t open my cabinet door. I had to screw a hook in the wall to hold it up. It arrived with chips on the metal.
