On the nose and palate, expect vibrant citrus, honeyed stone fruit, floral sweetness, gentle spice, and soft oak wrapped in a silky mouthfeel. Made from malted and unmalted barley and bottled at 46% ABV, it’s best enjoyed neat or with a drop of water to unlock its layered sweetness and elegant wine-driven character.
