March of Dimes leads the fight for the health of all moms, birthing people, and babies. Their mission is to end preventable maternal health risks and deaths, end preventable preterm birth and infant death, and close the health equity hap. We believe in a world where every birthing person and every baby is healthy regardless of wealth, race, gender, or geography. The U.S. remains the most dangerous developed nation for childbirth, especially for families of colors. We need every member of our community local and national to be a part of the movement to change this unacceptable truth.
