We can offer faster shipping (I'm going to be honest--it's not cheap--and we actually get charged more from our fulfillment partner than we pass on to you.
2-3 day is an extra $22 and overnight is an extra $32....this HAS NO AFFECT ON PRODUCTION TIME....The shirts still have to made (which is typically 2-5 business days but can get closer to 4-7 business days during the busy holiday rush, say after December 10th or so)).
**International Shipping can take a while, it's not uncommon for it to take 3-4 weeks to get to certain European Countries, which a lot of time our fulfillment centers do not offer tracking for. I've seen this happen also in remote sections of Canada and Alaska. It is out of our control, we can't speed it up after the order has been placed.** .
International faster shipping is available (email ahead of time---it's even more than the USA rates----don't say we didn't warn you. These are 50/50 blend cotton/poly sweatshirts not sweaters.
Production time is approx 3-5 business days., then they ship from Detroit. This is no guarantee as a particular color/size could be out of stock or a reprint may be necessary etc, but it's pretty accurate for 99% of orders. We are unable to guarantee any particular delivery date, as the mail system is out of our control. We do not give refunds for late arrivals. Please note that if tracking isn't working, try One Stop Mailing and also note that other products ordered that don't have this note, will likely take longer and will ship separately.***

Great watch, flimsy band

I bought this watch to replace a similar model because the band broke. I see this is a recurrent problem in many other reviews. However, I liked the watch enough to buy it again anyway. I found the new model easy to set, being fairly intuitive. So far it keeps perfect time. I use this watch mainly as a travel watch, and loved the dual time zone function. I am pleased that the newer model now has the ability to set 3 times zones instead of 2, which is an added bonus. The only con I see at this point is the flimsy strap. Unfortunately, the strap on this model is even thinner than on the previous one, and I wonder how long it will last. Also I wonder about the battery length. I think these watches may have been sitting around a long time. The setting showed 2012. I am afraid much of the battery life of the original battery may have already been used up and the battery may need replacing early. Only time will tell. The watch fits my small wrist fine and it is a little more attractive than the old model. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 only because of the band problem.

Fine for a man (with skinny wrists)

I have an older mens ironman which has gotten a little beat up and needs replacing. The band is much longer than I need. The metal clasp sits off-center on the underside of my wrist, closer to the part of my wrist which curves around to the front. The too-long strap sometimes flops around and catches on things. I couldn't find a smaller-band mens version, so I tried this "womens" watch (picking the most manly-looking one, of course). I like it better. The band fits my wrist much better, with the metal band in the middle and no flop. I also like that the watch is lighter and the face and band are smaller and less bulky, so it is less noticeable when I'm wearing it (cycling weight weenies will appreciate this). The face is still large enough to be easily legible and contains all of the same great features as my mens ironman watch, plus the newer versions now have an hourly chime, nice! Other info: my wrist is ~17.5cm or ~7.0" around. On this watch, I use the 6th out of 9 slots on the band. On my mens ironman, I use the 3rd out of 9 slots. Weight: this one = 28g, mens = 39g.
Pics show comparison of my prior mens ironman with this new "womens" ironman. Photo order is confusing (couldn't figure out how to change that). They are: (1) side-by-side, mens on left, (2) mens band (wider and clasp is off-center on my wrist, end of band hangs over the edge of my wrist -- too long for me -- catches on things), (3) womens band (less wide, clasp is more centered on my wrist and end does hang over edge of my wrist), (3) womens watch (smaller, and looks new), and (5) mens watch, looking a little beat up.

Watch holds up in saltwater!

I bought this watch to use for my trip to the Galapagos Islands. I read two reviews that the watch does not hold up in salt water. I went snorkeling in the ocean 6 times, about 45 minutes each time. The watch did not leak. I did take precautions by keeping the watch under my rash guard and lowering myself slowly into the water. I also rinsed off my watch each time I snorkeled. I also bought this watch for the multi time zone feature by saving the time on the west coast, east coast and Galapagos time since I cannot change the time on my Fitbit until I land in an airport. I did not use any other features of the watch because I generally use my phone or Fitbit for an alarm or timer. The only complaint I have is that Timex now discourages changing the battery by the consumer. I changed the battery myself on my old Ironman watch. The new Ironman watch is fitted with triangular head screws. So I will have to purchase screwdrivers with triangular heads when it comes time to change the battery.

Reliable and durable, even in harsh conditions

This watch has served me very well. From Arctic waters to long distance races, it has held up to everything except one task I asked of it, which was my fault.
This watch can handle repeated free dives to 12 ft deep. It cannot handle scuba diving at the same depth for an hour straight without needing to have the battery shorted to reset it.
It fits well, lights up consistently and brightly enough to read without being blinding, keeps accurate time, and generally does everything I want it to.
