When Roger and Anita Radcliffe refuse to sell her the puppies, Cruella has her bumbling henchmen Jasper and Horace steal them. But the “Twilight Bark” gets word back to Pongo and Perdy, and they’re off to rescue their puppies, along with 84 others, right before Cruella’s maniacal eyes!
