Full length sanding portrait of an Arab falconer, a member of Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan's hunting party, in the Al Ain / Buraimi oasis. The falconer stands in front of a low [ghaf?] tree, holding a peregrine falcon on a mangalah (cuff) on his arm. The falcon perches on the mangalah facing forward, with its head looking back over its shoulder. The falconer has a short dark beard and wears a khanjar (dagger) on a belt over his light coloured thobe (long shirt). He also wears a ghutra (headscarf) tied closely around his head. This image was taken between December 20, 1948, and January 27, 1949, during which time Wilfred Thesiger stayed with Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan in Al Ain and joined him on a number of hunting excursions.Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.

Pretty funny

The book gives us a more focused outlook on Chieg Wiggum. Full of its funny moments, I`d recomend this to huge Simpsons fans as it seems the shows writers managed to give us another hit.

By any means not the funniest book in the series, only the one on Krusty the Clown was more un-funny; but still a worthy addition to your collection and, just like all the others from the series providing a retrospective of anecdotes you might have forgotten.

Not that great
Huge "The Simpsons" fan. I watched all the episodes and read a lot of the comics and enjoy most. This one however was quite boring. Turns out I'm just not a big fan of Chief Wiggum. I really enjoyed The "Homer" and "Bart" book. But not this one. Maybe if you love Wiggum you'll love it. If you're not too fond of him then I wouldn't buy it.
