For this sauce, we chose their Liquid Secrets Imperial Stout. Our inspiration was the flavor. The black roasty malts and the caramelization from their lengthy brewing process was the perfect brew for what we wanted to do with this fruit sauce. Passion fruit, cocoa and agave paired with Carolina Reaper will have your taste buds dancing and wanting more.
Imagine eating a slice of Red Velvet cake slathered with passion fruit icing and drizzled with a Carolina reaper chocolate sauce... or you can just say "It's a party in your mouth"
