For a seriously luxurious bath treatment add 1 cup to warm bath water as tub is filling. Use 2 - 3 times a month for best results or more for irritated/sensitive skin. Some small 'clumps' may occur in bags which are chamomile flowers coated in clay/oats/coconut milk.
