De Cielo Gran Maestro Primitivo di Manduria is een krachtige rode wijn uit Puglia, Italië. Gemaakt van 100% Primitivo-druiven, een ras dat de essentie van deze regio belichaamt. Deze wijn komt uit de prestigieuze DOC Primitivo di Manduria, een gebied dat in 1998 werd erkend vanwege zijn uitzonderlijke wijnen. De druiven worden met de hand geplukt wanneer ze overrijp zijn, zacht geperst en ondergaan een gecontroleerde fermentatie. 

Deze wijn heeft een diepe granaatrode kleur en een verleidelijk aroma van rijpe bessen en pruimenjam, aangevuld met subtiele hints van cacao, vanille en tabak. Een deel van de wijn rijpt op eikenhout, wat zorgt voor extra diepgang en complexiteit. In de mond is hij vol en rond, met fluweelzachte tannines en smaken van rode bessen, kruiden en koffie. De lange, elegante afdronk maakt hem perfect bij gegrild rood vlees, wildgerechten en gerijpte kazen.

De beroemde wijnmaker Beppe speelt een sleutelrol in het perfectioneren van de Cielo Gran Maestro, met als doel de wijn de titel "koning van de wijnen uit Puglia" te laten verdienen.
