Bevat ook een dialoog tussen een jood en een christen waarin de christen reageert op de aanvallen van de jood op het christendom. Voorwoord voor de christelijke lezer. Passage van Maarten Luther over de Joden. Gedrukte aantekeningen in de kantlijn, met bronnen en vertalingen van termen. Uitklapbare kopergravures met daarop het opheffen van de Thora in een synagoge, een Pesach Seder, Joden paraderen met palmtakken en citroenen tijdens Loofhutten en een bruid en bruidegom staande onder een bruiloftsluifel. Hoewel het werk van Buxtorf vaak vijandig is, geldt het als de meest wetenschappelijke vroegmoderne christelijke behandeling van joden en bleef het de belangrijkste bron voor christelijke informatie over joden tijdens de Verlichting.
