Gebruik
Het Hydrate & Perform poeder is een isotone mix van isotone dranken voor de lichaamsbeweging, die helpt om elkaar te ontmoeten tijdens het opwarmen (150 ml om de 15 minuten) en op regelmatige tijdstippen tijdens en na het sporten (tot 2 uur na het sporten) (150 ml om de 15 minuten). Great Cases for Cards

These were great for what I wanted them for. I like the look of having a card slabbed with a label but sending to the big grading companies is expensive. I was able to Slab wrestling cards, and sports cards. I even did one of my garbage pail kids. These are not designed to just snap together and do require some plastic adhesive or glue. Not a bad price for what I needed them for.

Don’t get this

The two sides don’t fit together properly and pop open with the slightest of uneven pressure. There’s practically no clips to keep them together so cards just slide right out of them when picked up vertically. Don’t get this if you are looking for something to keep very expensive items in as they will just get ruined or lost. You get what you pay for.
