Hi'aka SS T-Shirt Pastelgeel van Sunray Spirit. Sunray T-shirts hebben een traditionele pasvorm geïnspireerd door het gevoel van de jaren '50. Ontspannen, verkorte lengte met een normale pasvorm. De kraag, rib-ontwerp en stoffen zijn ook traditioneel. 260 g. Gemaakt in Japan.

Alle Sunray T-shirts worden gemaakt in Japan. De productie van kleding in Japan is waarschijnlijk de beste ter wereld. Ze worden gemaakt op een antieke rondbreimachine. Deze machines werden gebruikt voordat de productie veel meer gemechaniseerd werd, waarbij productievolume voorrang had op kwaliteit. Deze antieke machines kunnen slechts 1 meter per uur produceren (voor een t-shirt is ongeveer 1,2 meter nodig). De machine verwerkt het katoen in een buis met slechts 24 toeren per minuut en maakt het mogelijk om een T-shirt te produceren dat geen zijnaad heeft. De langzame draaisnelheid betekent dat het katoen zacht en zonder enige vorm van spanning wordt neergelegd. Geen spanning en geen zijnaad resulteert in een kledingstuk dat bijna nooit zijn vorm verliest. Het langzame breien en het zorgvuldige proces van het produceren van een T-shirt zorgen ervoor dat elk Sunray T-shirt meer dan 1,5 uur nodig heeft om te worden vervaardigd.

De fabrikant die de Sunray producten maakt, bestaat sinds 1926 en is al 3 generaties in dezelfde familie. Ze hebben ooit uniformen gemaakt voor het Japanse Keizerlijke Paleis.

This would be a toy to get creative with. The quality is there. It’s a nice size it rolls so it’s great as just a bowl that’s slightly rubbery silicone like that the dog can play with and chew a bit. If you have a strong tour, and you believe that they chew everything that you give them eventually they would probably chew it open. Our puppy likes it plays with that as a typical ball. It’s perfect because he can grab it in his mouth and walk around with it lightly and easily. We do take a kitchen towel. Roll it with treats and shove it inside and he’ll have to try and retrieve that that towel with the treats so it kind of gives us a few minutes of peacefulness. You can create so many different fun games with it because you have access to place things inside you know the holes are slightly big so the items inside would have to be of a good size. We have put his his large wishbones inside to allow for him not to have to hold the bone and it gives him some sort of structure as well as if it rolls away, he finds it to be a game so that’s nice. It’s made well. It’s good quality. I like how it’s blue so the dog could see the color and it’s easy to store cause it’s not huge.
