Dankzij de handige opbergkoker neem je jouw whisk en scoop overal mee en geniet je eender waar van je theeritueel. De originele Bamboo Whisk of bamboe klopper wordt gebruikt om Matcha op een ceremoniële manier te bereiden. Met zijn 100 fijne borstelhaartjes die aan het uiteinde gekruld zijn klop je je thee luchtig op. Het vervaardigen van de bamboe klopper is een Japanse traditionele ambacht. Het oogsten drogen en versnijden van de bamboehalmen is echt vakmanschap en vereist enorme zorgvuldigheid en precisie. De Bamboo Scoop of bamboe lepel wordt gebruikt bij de traditionele theeceremonie om het waardevolle Matchapoeder nauwkeurig te doseren.

Accessoire bij theebereiding

Gebruik
Voeg met de bamboelepel (scoop) de perfecte hoeveelheid thee toe aan het water in de ceremoniële theekom (Matcha Bowl) en klop de thee met de bamboe whisk tot een schuimige vloeistof. Dankzij de whisk lost de thee mooi op in het water de schuimige ‘cappuccino’ kraag is een leuk extra’tje.

Spoel de whisk af en laat deze drogen op de groene whisk holder.

It is pretty plain just with salt and does not have the typical coriander flavor. I did not find it overly salty and the slices keep well in the freezer or in a bag they supply with your order. It is a paper bag you are supposed to keep the leftovers in in the refrigerator. You can also freeze extra biltong for later and thaw it out in the refrigerator as I'm doing now. I have tried a lot of biltong in my lifetime and used to eat it in Africa on a regular basis. Now that I'm back in America I keep trying different biltong companies to see who is the best.
